Alexis's pov

I looked over at Michael in the bed next to me I'm go glad he's okay I combed my fingers through his hair he was sound asleep I'm happy they put him in bed with me he has no severe brain damage from the drowning thank god and I was only shot in the upper arm so they just sewed up the holes and reconnected my muscles

But I've got no word about Harry

On top of that I was put into labor because I popped my stitches go figure I had Leah and I really did feel awful I had her without her father but there was really no choice I didn't even get the choice...

But right now she's with my maternity doctor I trusted him she's the first royal baby to have been birthed in a hospital so they were are running around like chickens with their heads cut off taking pictures, keeping media at bay, and putting under her observation

The door opened and I smiled seeing my baby in the arms of my maternity doctor I opened my arms "Leah" I sighed happily

He closed the door and carried her over "she's a healthy girl" he commented I took her I knew it was feeding time so I just went about it he's a doctor I couldn't careless if he saw my chest

"I'm so very glad you're okay Majesty" he added fiddling with his fingers

"Thank you" I kinda frowned "are-are you waiting to take her again?" I tightened my grip on her

"No no you can keep her tests are all done" I relaxed again and rubbed my nails over her cheek

"My Queen..." I looked up at him

He cleared his throat "I-I... Leah being the first royal ever born in a hospital I ran countless numbers of tests also because of your... misfortune with her sister I had to insure she was sound" he paused and nodded "she is but-" he covered his mouth with his hand

"But what?" I questioned

He dragged his hand down off his face "I did a DNA test and it should have come up you with no match found... Henry has no DNA on file" My chest felt empty just completely hollow he knew someone knew I'm caught Henry will kill me and Leah I know it he'll hear of this a-and- "But there was a match... your guard"

I grabbed his coat "wait please please d-don't don't tell please he'll kill her you don't understand He will kill her j-just like he killed Annalise" I panicked "Doctor he will leave her to die a-and my son he needs me I'm the only person who can protect him from his father"

He put his hand over mine "his father?"

I swallowed hard "from Henry" I corrected myself

He nodded again and patted my hand no he wasn't understanding me  "Doctor-"

"Please please Ben just call me Ben"

"Ben" I squeezed his arm "Ben you don't know what Henry does to me... you don't know how he tortures me I-I couldn't bare his children please I'm not a bad wife nor am I a bad mother I-I just could not fathom having that man's offspring"

He stepped closer "Majesty I know what he does to you... I was there during your surgery we all know what he does to you, your doctors talk Highness we all talk about what he does to you I know that's against the law but we are all deeply concerned for you" he looked over at Michael "and your children we all want to tell someone but... there isn't anyone to tell no one will help you you're as high up as they come and above you is the man who's doing all this to you"

I dropped my hand from his coat and wrapped both arms around Leah "Ben I worry about them too I try my hardest to keep them safe and m-my guard" I licked my lips "h-he's the love of my life he loves me so much and all he does is take care of me and he treats me so wonderfully I-I can't honestly say I'd even be here today if it weren't for him that's why he's the father to my children not because I'm bored little house wife with nothing to do but because I love that man with every fiber of my being"
