KEONDRE'S POV
I feel like she stabbed me in my heart and turned it. Am I really that bad of a person? I love LaLa to much to just let her go like that. I'm gonna leave and get myself together so when I come back I can show her I'm better and I'm willing to do what I have to for her. If she's still with whoever she's with right now, I can solve that easily.
After I lashed out in the car I drove to my crib and I packed a few of my bags. I put them in my car, I drove to the gas station and I started on my journey to finding myself.
PHONE CALL
Me: "Bubba"
Bubba: "Wassup Dre?"
Me: "Yo I'm leaving and I don't know when I'll be back so look out for everybody for me"
Bubba: "What you leavin for and where you doing?"
Me: "I'm leaving to get myself together and I don't know I'm just riding until I run out of gas"
Bubba: "It's about LaLa right?"
Me: "Yeah, you know she with somebody"
Bubba: "For real? You want me to check him out?"
Me: "Yeah make sure he ain't gone do nothing to her. Bruh I really love her"
Bubba: "You what?!"
Me: "I love Lalani. I can't keep hurting her though. No matter what I do she just turns me down and I crossed the line over stepping every boundary so now I'm just lost"
Bubba: "If she have somebody then you need to come here and be with her and not run away. I ain't eva seen you run away from nothing"
Me: "I'm not running away, I'm leaving for her"
Bubba: "You running away from yo self. You love her get her and never let her go. Do what she ask but don't do it compliantly though, do it committed"
Me: "I just left her. She don't want nothing to do with me"
Bubba: "Then why you leaving and still going after her then? You want to get with her later but when you come back it could be to late. Don't put nothing on hold when you don't have to"
Me: "So what should I do cause I've tried everything"
Bubba: "Apparently not since she's not with you. Come back to her, don't let her go. Find out what she likes and tell whoever she's with to never hurt her the way you did. If you can't be the one to treat her right then at least make sure somebody else will"
Me: "Aight, I'm turning around now"
LALANI'S POV
When I left the church I drove home. I was really tired and I just wanted to rest. I unlocked the door and my mom was in the living room watching tv with Kayla.
"Hey baby what's the matter?", my mom asked as I walked past them drooping
"I'm just tired. I'll talk to you in the morning"
"Alright"
I walked to my room grabbing my robe and getting in the shower. I heard somebody knocking on the door but I just finished my shower and I went to my room. I opened my room and Keondre was sitting on my bed.
"Oh my gosh Keondre! What are you doing here?"
"I'm here because I don't want to leave you. Whoever you're with is going to have to fight me for you, I'm not going to go another day without you with me. I don't want to let you go and I'm not. I was 100% wrong for what I did. And all I ask is for one more chance. Can I please just have one more chance?"
