KEONDRE'S POV

When I met Lalani yesterday I thought she was the most sweetest and beautiful person. She was funny to but I don't live the same life as her. I'm used to being with hood rats and with ghetto girls but she was anything but that. I went to bed thinking about her and when I woke up I saw she send me a video.

"Good morning Keondre I hope I'm not getting on your nerves or anything but I just wanted to tell you good morning and I hope you have a blessed morning and day and I cant wait to see you. Bye", she was to cute and she had a big shirt on with her hair in a ponytail and it was all messy with no make-up on. I like how she doesn't care to be herself around me. She not stuck up or try to be something she's not. I think I'm falling for this church girl. I figured she was up and getting ready so I called her.

PHONE CALL

Me: "Good morning beautiful"

Future: "Morning, I see someone's up early. Why you up so early it's 6 in the morning?", she asked laughing

Me: I'm always up early. Do you always have a lot energy in the morning like that you just laughing making me all jittery?

Future: "Hahaha no I'm just surprised to hear from you this early"

Me: "Oh okay, hey are you doing anything tomorrow?"

Future: "Actually no, I don't have to work tomorrow so I'm free"

Me: "Okay cool. If everything goes good tonight I would like to take you to my little cousin's birthday party"

Future: "Mr. Keondre I would love to go. Well I have to finish getting dressed but I'll see you tonight at 5?"

Me: "Tonight at 5. Alright I'll see you later"

Future: "Okay have a blessed day"

Me: "Okay you too. Bye"

END OF PHONE CALL

I wouldn't mind waking up listening to her beautiful voice every morning. I don't really have anything to do this morning I just don't feel right going to church so I just decided to get my clothes out for today and later on tonight. I hopped in the shower and when I got my phone was ringing.

PHONE CALL

Me: "Talk to me quick not slick"

Josh: "What up, boy. Aye listen me and the fellas heading out got a little day job you down?"

Me: "You know I'm not living that life anymore, the cops already stay on my case even though I'm clean. So I'll just catch up with y'all afterwards"

Josh: "Aight bro"

Me: "Aye, be safe and watch y'all back at all times"

Josh: "Fa sho"

END OF PHONE CALL

When I got off the phone I put on a dark grey polo shirt, true religion jeans, and my black Timberlands. Before my great grandmother died, she bought me a gold chain and I never take it off. I put on my other chains, my Rolex and I sprayed my Gucci cologne and I drove over to my moms. She normally goes to church but she called me and told me her car was messed up and my dad got called in for work so I had to take her.

"Hey mom", I said coming in.

"Hey son, why you all dressed? You coming to church with me?'
