Earlier than I thought, but here it is!
Also, can we touch 70 votes for this chappy? I feel really sad these days with KJ's hair gone and Shrenu not on sets with the girls. Getting your guy's comments and votes would really make my day!

Chapter 3:The Starting of Conversations
"Could you do me a favor?"
Gauri looked up into Om's eyes and wondered what she could possibly do. For a second, she was lost again in the swirling black orbs that gave her their undivided attention...just for a fleeting second. Those orbs that held so much passion and intensity and made her heart jump every time she dared to look right into them. But, then, they blinked and she was brought back to reality again.
"S-sure, what can I do?"
Om sighed and rubbed his hands on his face.
"My car is actually not able to start and I needed someone to help me kickstart the engine while I try to give it a push....I was hoping you could-"
"Sure"
Gauri said, completely forgetting her strict plans of avoiding him that night. Annika would understand, Gauri thought. She would understand how we should help anybody who needs help, even if we don't know exactly how we can help.
Om proceeded to head out, when she called him back.
"Um, Om. Let me just get my jacket. It's cold out there."
Om smiled sheepishly. "Right"
So, she quickly turned off the gas, switched off her laptop and grabbed the thickest jacket she could find before heading out with him to the parking lot. It felt good to get out of the house for once and the changing color of the trees around them complimented her mood with its beauty. The sun had just set and the orange and purple glow of the sky around them raged and cooled the air around them. Residues of the shedding due to the onset of fall was on their feet where the ruffle of leaves crunched every time they walked. And every time Gauri launched into her rosy thoughts of Om, she was brought back to the terrifying impossible reality of Om walking beside her.
"Thanks for doing this."
Om said turning to her as they neared his car.
"No problem, Om. What are fr-I mean, neighbhors for?" Gauri corrected herself nervously flitting her eyes in his direction before looking the other way.
If Om had noticed her swift change of words, he didn't say anything. They approached the blue Honda Civic that looked rather sick with the defeated engine and the downturned headlights and a couple of scratches on the sides. His car needs serious help, she thought.
Soon, he directed Gauri to the front seat of his car while he tried with all his might to kickstart the engine with a cable wire that he had found lying in the back of his trunk. Trust Dad to sneak the most unreasonable stuff in my car, he thought with a slight smile as he watched the engine ascend into a start before fizzling out and dying on him. He signalled Gauri to turn the key in the ignition as he tried switching the engine on again, but nothing happened. And after a few more tries, he gave up and slumped on the side of the car defeated. So much for a fun night out.
