Chapter 21

2 months later

I decided to crap my gift for Grayson in a tiny little box. Today we're going on a picnic and I think it's the perfect time to give it to him

I look towards Lisa and she's smiling like crazy. "You think he'll like it" I said worried. I'm scared of what he'll think.

"He'll love it!" Lisa said in excitement. "He's gonna love the little gift you're carrying" she winks. "Shhh he can hear us you know" I said chuckling.

Lisa helped me get the picnic basket ready. I put my gift in my purse. "Grayson!!" I yell. "Yes Mrs.Dolan" Grayson yells back as he's coming down the stairs. "Ready for the picnic" I ask smiling. "Yep let me just get my coat" he said as he pecked my lips and went back up stairs.

"I'll go put the things in the car" Lisa said. She was really excited. Once she went outside I went upstairs to see why Grayson was taking so long. "Hey baby come on your mom is putting the stuff in the car come on" i said as I sat down next to him. "Hey what's wrong" I asked. "I want a baby" he said smiling with tears in his eyes. "I want a little Grayson or a little Rae" he said as he choked on his tears.

"Okay come on let's go" I said rubbing his back. He nodded and got up. We went outside and as I was about to get in the car Lisa grabbed my hand and said "good luck" she said smiling. I smile back and rub my belly.

~at the park~

We went to the park, the park we first met up at. I teared up a bit and quickly wipe them away. This place is filled with memories.

*flashback*

I go up to him and sit right next to him on a swing.

"So what do you want to know about me" I ask.

"Let's start with the basics, what is your favorite color?" Gray asked

I laughed "well my favorite color is black"

"Really I thought your favorite color would be pink or purple, why do you like black"

"Cause it's dark like my soul" I say in a creepy voice.Grayson kinda looked creeped out. I chuckled. "I'm just kidding I like it cause it literally matches with everything, oh also white"

Grayson laughed. Wow his laughter is like music to my ears. I could listen to him laugh all day.

*end of flashback*

I teared up a bit more remembering that night.

"Hey why are you crying" he asked as he set up the picnic table. "I just remembered about that night" I say as I wipe the tears away.

As he was setting up the picnic table I was looking at the swings that we sat on. I see a little boy and a little girl swinging on the swings and giggling. I smiled. "Picnic is ready"Grayson called out. I turn around and sit at the picnic table. As he was eating I pull out the gift that I wrapped and set it on the table.

"What is it" Grayson said as he took a bite of his sandwich. "I got you a gift" he smiled and put his sandwich down. He dust his hand and pick up the wrapped box. As he was unwrapping his gift I tear up. He opened the box and his eyes widened. He picked up the pregnancy test that I wrapped. He looked at me with tears in his eyes and smiled, "We're having a baby" he choked on his tears. He got up and I did as well and he came to my side and hugged me. He cried on my shoulder. "We're having a little Grayson or Rae" I could hear his muffled cries.

"We're having a baby"
