Mina couldn't help but roll her eyes as she watched her girlfriend sit on the couch playing video games, glancing at her phone trying to stay preoccupied. It's have been 3 hours since she had come home from a long day of practising for the new TWICE comeback. She wanted nothing more to shower, eat and catch up with her girlfriend but clearly, Y/N had other plans.
Mina coughed slightly in an attempt to her attention but it was all in vain. It was like Y/N's were glued to the tv screen. She barely blinked.
Mina huffed, crossing her arms in annoyance. But then a lightbulb moment. Y/N was always jealous of her friendship with Jackson for some reason, yes Jackson was more affectionate towards others but Y/N wasn't having any of it. She never knew why Jackson just wasn't capable of keeping his hands to himself.
Mina quickly looked up his number and clicked. Listening to the dial tone, he didn't waste time in picking up her call.
"Mina, how are you?"
"Jackson oppa, it's been a while since I've seen you? Are you busy?"
Mina took a quick glance at her girlfriend to see if she could get a rise out of her. Y/N frozen slightly but then carried on playing nonetheless. Mina rolled her eyes and carried on talking to Jackson about the possible hangout that might be happening.
"No actually, just resting up at the dorm why what's up?"
"I just wanted to hang out maybe grab something to eat or go catch a movie."
Y/N paused the game she was playing but she hadn't turned towards Mina, she was seeing how far she was going to take it. It was also a test to see if she would cave in and FINALLY pay attention.
"That sounds fine Mina, when did you wanna go?"
"Tonight, you free at about 7ish?"
"That's fine yeah why not?"
"Great, it's a date."
Those 3 words caused Y/N to turn around and glare at Mina who in turn wore a smirk on her face. Y/N reached out and grabbed the phone from Mina's hand. "Yeah about that Jackson, Mina won't be able to make it because she has plans with me. Sorry mate."
"I guess her plan did work, have a nice night Y/N. Pay more attention to her. See ya." With that, he hung up. Y/N glanced back at Mina in confusion.
