Your POV

I was waiting for Normani outside the dressing rooms talking to the girls. "So you excited?" Ally asked me.

"Very," I replied with a smile.

"So what's the plan?" Lauren questioned.

"Blair can fill you guys in once we leave," I answered. "I don't want her to hear by any chance, it's supposed to be a surprise."

They nodded. We waited in silence until finally Dinah came out. "Okay guys," she started, "it's the moment you've all been waiting for. Make room for . . . NORMANI KORDEI!" That's when Normani strutted out of the room. My jaw dropped. She was wearing blue ripped skinny jeans, a white blouse, and black high heel boots. She was gorgeous.

"Wow," I breathed out. "You look amazing."

"So do you," she smiled.

I looked down at my outfit which was black high tops, black skinny jeans, a white tank top with a skull on it, and a green flannel wrapped around my waist. "Not compared to you," I shook my head.

She shrugged. "Well to me you look amazing."

I smiled. "Thanks. Shall we?" I held out my hand for her and she grabbed it happily. "See you guys later." We walked off together. We went out the back to avoid fans and now we were just walking around the streets.

"So where are we going?" Normani asked me.

I smirked. "You'll see."

She groaned. "Fine." We walked in silence as we held hands. Eventually we got to our destination. Her jaw dropped. "You brought me to a carnival?!"

I smiled. "You like it?"

"Like it? I love it. I haven't been to one of these since I was a kid." She gripped my hand tighter. "Let's go!" She then dragged me to the entrance. The amount to enter was ten dollars. I was going to pay when she started to complain about wanting to pay. Eventually we went half's on it. We entered and walked around the entire place as we held hands. We went on a few rides, played a few games, and finally we were sitting down.

"Did you have fun babe?" I asked her.

She nodded. "I had a blast." She rested her head on my shoulder. "Thanks for this."

I smiled as I looked down at her. "No problem." I gave her a peck on the lips.

She groaned. "That's all I get?"

I rolled my eyes. "Well technically you're not even my girlfriend yet so I don't even have to kiss you."

She lifted her head. "Well let's fix that. Y/n Y/l/n, will you he my girlfriend?"

I pretended to think about it. "I don't know."

She punched my shoulder. "Stop it!"

I chuckled. "Yes, of course I'll be your girlfriend." She smiled. We both leaned and kissed somewhat deeply. We pulled away. We then stood up and made our way out of the carnival.

We started our walk back to the hotel hand in hand. Eventually we got there. We said bye with a kiss and went our separate ways to our rooms. Once I entered Blair bombarded me with questions. "What happened? Did you have fun? Did you kiss? Did she enjoy it?"

I chuckled at my best friend. "I'll tell you tomorrow, I'm tired."

Blair groaned. "Buuuut-"

"No buts," I cut her off as I pointed at her. "Tomorrow."

She rolled her eyes. "Fine."

I walked over to my bed and laid down. "Night Blair."

"Night."

With that I fell asleep thinking about one person: Normani Kordei.

Sorry it kinda sucks I've never actually been on a date before. Anyway hope you enjoyed. Tell me what you thought.
