Chapter Twenty Five

Your POV

I woke up the following day to my phone ringing. I groaned as I answered it without looking at the caller. "Hello?" I asked.

"Y/n Y/l/n you have some explaining to do!" The caller yelled in my ear. I took the phone away form my ear and looked at the caller ID. Simon. Shit.

I brought the phone back to my ear and spoke, "Simon, please don't be mad. I can explain."

"Yeah, you better explain. I want you all here in LA by tonight," Simon practically growled.

"What about the tour?" I asked confused and worried trying not to go see him.

"Don't worry about it. Just get here." With that he hung up.

Shit. Shit. Shit. Now I had to wake up the girls just to tell them bad news. First I went to Blair who was asleep in the other bed. "Blair," I whispered as I shook her.

"What?" She groaned.

"Simon called."

Her head snapped up and her eyes opened. "What?" She asked now worried.

"He says we all have to see him in LA. Help me wake everyone up." She nodded and walked out the room to wake some of the others. I went to Dinah's and Normani's room. I knocked on the door. No answer. I knocked again. No answer. I knocked obnoxiously. I heard a faint I'm coming. I grinned.

The door opened only to reveal a droopy Normani. She squinted her eyes to see me. "Babe? What's going on?"

"It's Simon," I answered simply. Her eyes went wide. "He wants us in LA."

"Shit," she whispered. "I'll tell Dinah. We'll meet you in the lobby in thirty." I nodded and she closed the door as I walked away. I went back to me and Blair's room and started to make sure I had everything packed up.

Shortly Blair returned. "Okay, they're all awake." I nodded. "You okay?" I nodded again. "Is that a lie?" I nodded once more. "What is it love?"

"What if Simon makes us break up?" I finally asked the question that had been weighing on my shoulders.

"You don't know what's going to happen so don't stress over it." Blair placed her hands on my shoulders. "It'll be okay."

I removed her hands from my shoulders. "But you don't know that. And the simply fact that I don't know what's going to happen makes me stress over it."

Blair contemplated this. "Fair enough. Now come on let's go meet the girls." We grabbed our suitcases and made our way down to the lobby. When we got there the girls were waiting. I walked over to Normani and hugged her.

"What is is babe?" She asked.

I pulled away and gave a small smile. "Nothing love. Let's go." I grabbed her hand and we made our way to the bus which dropped us off at the airport. After a long flight we landed in LA and made our way to Simons office. Once we got there we headed in. We sat down in a semi circle around us desk me, Normani, Dinah, Camila, Lauren, and Ally.

Simon sighed. "We have a problem. This video has gone viral." He then showed us the video of mine and Normani's kiss.

"What's wrong with that?" I asked.

"Because I will not have Fifth Harmony be labeled as the gay girl group. It's bad enough camren is such a big thing. Thankfully it's not real." Camila and Lauren shared a look. "Right?"

They both nodded. "Right."

"Good. Y/n I don't care if you're gay you were out way before I signed you, but I will not have that label the girls. Which means Y/n," he looked at me then Normani, "yours and Normani's relationship or whatever it is is over."

"But Simon-"

He cut me off. "Over."

I looked at Normani. "I'm sorry."

She gave me a sad smile. "Don't be."

"Now get back to your tour."

We all stood up and walked out the office. We made our way to the airport and boarded our flight. I was sat next to Blair. "You okay?" She asked me worried. I nodded. "Are you lying?" I nodded again. She gave me a side hug. "It's gonna be okay."

I shook my head. "How Blair?" I asked. "I can't be with the girl I love."

"Sure you can."

"What do you mean?"

"Just keep it a secret."

I gave her a look. "You know I don't like hiding my relationships."

"I know, but won't it be worth it."

I shrugged. "I guess. I'll ask once we get back to the bus." I put in my earbuds and fell asleep. I woke up to Blair shaking me.

"We're here." I got up and we made our way back into the bus. We started to the next state.

I walked over to Normani. "Hey," I greeted.

"Hey," she gave me small smile.

"Do you maybe want to stay together in secret?" I asked quickly hoping she would say yes.

"I don't know," she responded honestly. "I just don't think would work. Every time we go out in public I'd be too tempted to kiss you or hold your hand. I just couldn't do it."

I nodded. "Fair enough. You're probably right anyway. But we can still be friends right?"

"Of course."

I nodded and walked back to my bunk. If only I knew then what I know now. She was lying.
