I know that I don't put songs in here but I was watching Malec moments and I seriously needed to share this with whoever reads my book.
Plus, thank you so much for reading it!

That next day, fortunately for Alec, Magnus declared he would stay most of it in the infirmary trying to cure Simon and finding what was wrong about him and in the library, trying to find a permanent cure for Jem. That way Alec and his son, Max, could go out of their room freely.
It was breakfast time and everything was going smoothly until Sophie entered the room. "Ma'am? Consul Wayland is downstairs requesting to speak with you."
After hearing those words, Jace began to choke on his drink.
"Don't worry about him, he'll be fine," Clary said touching his arm.
"And absolutely don't worry about us, we'll go to the library now to help Magnus with everything we can," Isabelle said, standing up as did Clary, Jace and her brother with his son in his arms, looking at her with anxiety but receiving a knowing look from her. They walked in the direction to the library but instead of continuing, they hide to listen to the conversation. They were highly curious since the people on the table were shocked.
After Charlotte told Sophie to fetch the Consul, Henry spoke, "Charlotte? What is going on?"
"Indeed," they heard Will said. "The Consul? Breaking up for our next breakfast? Whatever next? The Inquisitor over for tea? Picnics with the Silent Brothers?"
They thought that Jem said something else but they didn't manage to catch it before the Consul entered.
"Charlotte," he said without preamble. "I'm here to talk about Benedict Lightwood."
They didn't catch much after that until Consul Wayland accused Gabriel of murdering his father.
"Tatiana did what?" Gabriel demanded.
"You heard me."
"It was not murder," said Jem.
"As you say, I was informed that it was."
"Were you also informed that Benedict had turned into a gigantic worm?" Will inquired.
The not so peaceful conversation continued for a bit more before someone decided to intervene. "Guys," Clary whispered, "I think we are intruding in their business, we shouldn't keep listening."
Everyone else nodded and continued on their way.
"Thank the angel that I'm not really a Wayland," Jace broke the silence.
"Well, at least your ancestor didn't have sex with demons because that is how you get infected by astriola," Isabelle said, disgusted.
"Do we have to go to the library?" Alex pleaded.
"Yes," Jace replied. "You can't keep avoiding Magnus nor the investigation to help Simon and, apparently, Jem who seems very sick."
He sighed. "Okay just let me bring Max's baby carrier since he fell asleep. And I won't leave him alone, this isn't even our Institute nor time."

"Hey," Magnus called him, "could you pass me that book, Alexander?"
"What-- How do you know...?"
"Your name?" Magnus inquired. "I thought that it was obvious that Alec was just a short version of Alexander. Now, could you pass me that book?"
