Seto POV

Joey and I went swimming in my indoor pool, it was smaller than my outside one but, we had the house to ourselves and I didn't want to waste it.

"So," Joey laughed, "ya gonna take em off or what?"

"My trunks?"

"Uh yeah, ya swim naked."

"I'm not taking them off," I complained, "I just don't want to."

"If ya think that not takin them off is gonna help, you're dumb."

"...why?"

"I'm still gonna stare at your ass." Joey winked, crossing his arms.

"Okay, you win." I smiled as I slid my swimming trunks off and tossed them out of the pool with a loud splat as they hit the floor.

"So handsome," Joey smiled swimming towards me in the shallow end.

"I know, I'm young, a billionaire, and I'm attractive. I have other things going for me though." I glided through the water to meet Joey.

"Right, whats that rich boy?" Our fingers touched and Joey pulled me close to him.

"You." I whispered. "You could never be bought and that's something I admire about you."

"Where have ya been my whole miserable life?" Joey asked before quickly pecking me on the lips.

"Usually I was making fun of you or being a dickhead." I shrugged. "Things are better now," I kissed Joey and played with his hair.

"I know," the blonde smiled back. "Oh shit my phones ringin!"

"It is that important?"

"Maybe, I don't know who'd be callin me,"

"Mr. Kaiba!" One of the house staff burst into the swimming pool area. "Mr. Kaiba!"

"FIRED! GET OUT!" I screamed.

"No!" The woman screamed back.

"Excuse—"

"MR. KAIBA! The POLICE ARE HERE. Mr. Mokuba and Ms. Serenity are in the hospital! Please!"

"The fuck!" Joey screamed as he climbed out of the pool and grabbed a towel covering himself. "WHAT. IS. GOING. ON!?" Joey asked.

"Mr. Wheeler, I'm not sure! I'm sorry to be so brash with you both but this is an emergency!"

"Seto, we- we gotta go!!"

"WHAT IS GOING ON!" I screamed at the officer as we were speeding towards the hospital.

"Sir, I'm not sure. I was told it was a fire or something related to a fire. I'm driving as fast as I can Mr. Kaiba." Said the man as we sped through traffic with lights and sirens.

"Seto," Joey squeezed my hand "Let him drive. They're in the hospital. We can't help them from here!"

I knew he was right but God damn it! We had to get there fast!

"I'll be in the lobby Mr. Kaiba!" The police officer yelled as we ran from his car into the emergency section of the hospital.

"MOKUBA KAIBA, SERENITY WHEELER!" I screamed at the woman behind the desk. "WHERE!"

A different woman jumped out of her chair, "Follow me!" We followed her as she ran down a hallway, "Follow me, they're in recovery right now!" The woman said and she continued running.
