Joey POV

Walking through the casino entrance was something else. "This place is huge."

"Yes, it is."

We were greeted with smiles by the front desk. Smiles that nearly fell off when they saw the reservation. Seto pretended to be bored, checking his finger nails for dirt. I leaned against the desk casually and smiled at the women working. We carried in our small bags and headed up to our room.

Halfway up the elevator, I laughed hard.

"What?" Seto asked crossing his arms.

"Ya booked an entire floor," I said between laughs.

"And? What's wrong with that?" Seto tried to hide a smile.

I turned to stand in front of him, "not a god damn thing. Hey, uh, did ya tell your brother where ya went? I haven't talked to anyone but Yugi and Mokuba the last few days."

Kaiba pulled me into an embrace, "I haven't said a word. Should probably call him and my lawyer," he pulled back and rubbed his eyes.

"We can video chat with Mokuba if ya want." I offered. "I know you're kind of weird with personal stuff."

"Actually, I want to tell him after."

"You're sneaky." I teased. The elevator dinged and we were alone on a higher floor.

"Pick a door any door!" Seto joked.

"Did YOU just make a joke?" I was surprised.

"They're mostly the same, there's a door at that end that has a fancy suite," he offered.

"Lead the way, Mr. Kaiba." I held out my hand, he smiled and took it. Entering our room, it was almost as lavish as the mansion I had become accustomed to. It reminded me of Pegasus's castle. "I'm gonna shower and find some food. Care to join me?" I said as seductively as I could.

"As much as I would love to, I have to talk to the lawyer and need to catch up on work."

"Okayyyy, I understand." I pouted.

The shower was warm and felt fucking great. It had only been a day (or was it two?) since I showered in Canada. I couldn't keep track. I didn't even know what day it was, the 28th? The 29th? Fuck. I didn't know. I finished up and decided to call my sister. I wanted to give her a heads up but it was a secret. She knew we were getting married, eventually. It made me think, when were we getting married? We flew here on a whim. Seto booked an entire floor of a nice casino hotel. Christ. Am I cut out for a luxurious lifestyle like this?

I dried off and texted my sister.

Joey: Hey, things are okay.

Serenity: Okay, is Seto with you?

Joey: Yeah :)

I smiled and set my phone down. Getting dressed, I found Seto sitting in the living room.

"Was it a good shower?"

"The best, ya should've been there." I winked. "Whatcha doin?"

"Finishing up lawyer paperwork. Riveting stuff."

"Sure, ya hungry?"

"Starving. Casino food, room service or want to go somewhere?" Seto asked, clicking away at his computer.

"Well, I'd like to get everyone some souvenirs... also, I texted my sister." That made Seto look at me. "I didn't say anythin! I just told her things were okay and we were together. I didn't say anythin else!"

"I told Mokuba we were okay. I don't want to tell anyone until we get married."

"Ehh speakin of that, when are we gonna do it?" I asked nervously.

Seto chuckled, "why? Planning on leaving me at the altar?"

"I was more worried ya'd leave me."

The KC CEO closed his laptop and looked at me. "I won't leave you. I was thinking maybe tomorrow evening or the next day?"

"What is today? Everythins been a blur since Christmas."

"It's the 28th." Seto stood and came over to me. "We can figure it out tomorrow. Did you have any idea about when you'd like to do it?"

"Honestly? I'm still pinching myself makin sure that this is real. Ya know, this, us? You being away from work."

Seto kissed the crown of my head and smiled. "You're hungry." I nodded. "Let's go, I'll hold your hand too. After we can go play in the casino if you'd like."

"I don't gamble with money,"

"I know, let's get food. I'm too hungry."

"Am I wearin off on ya?" I teased.

"You are, come on."

We went downstairs to the casino restaurant and had a great time. People recognized Seto, of course, but some people recognized me as well. It was a nice feeling. When dinner was finished, we got a small plate with strawberry cake with chocolate covered strawberries on top. It was perfect, me, rough tough guy who wasn't afraid to use his fists if it came down to it, and there was Seto. Quiet, intelligent, could silence anyone with an icy look. We were quite the pair. No one could've ever guessed, apart from Téa. She had a sixth sense about that kind of stuff.

After we had ate, we headed out to enjoy Las Vegas nightlife. There was a  Duel Monsters shop a few miles from the casino. I begged Seto to take me, and he did, reluctantly. Setos security went in first and cleared the building. Inside we were swarmed by fans of all ages. We took pictures and helped improve decks. I even found a shirt with Setos face on it that said "Bitches don't know 'bout my deck!" I had to buy it. It was adorable. Seto found one with my face on it that said "Time Roulette Go!!!" He said he put it back but I'm pretty sure he had someone else buy it. Amazingly we found merchandise with most of our friends faces and phrases on them. I was able to get them to silk screen a picture of Serenity and Mokuba on a pair of hoodies. Seto got two hoodies that said "Mr. Kaiba." Of course he didn't say why.

We headed back the our room and Seto started a bath. "Care to join me?"

"I don't wanna dry my skin out,"

"D- dry your skin out?" Seto looked at me.

"I'm just teasin, ya got bubbles?"

Setos phone rang, ugh. "Do ya need to?"

"It's Mokuba," he said before answering. "Hello?"

"SETO. Your attorney called the office today."

"And? What did he want?"

"Something about paperwork...? Not really sure, I called him back and gave him your personal number."

"I'll figure it out later. Thanks."

"But what did he want?" I could hear Mokuba through the phone.

"Mokuba I'm busy right now. I need to go."

"Don't you-" Seto hung up on Mokuba. Slipping the phone into his pocket, he turned off the bath water.
"Second thought? You want to get married right now?"

"...what...?"
