Seto POV

I smiled at Joey, still surprised he said he would be okay with being introduced. Introduced as my boyfriend, I chuckled.

"What's so funny rich boy?" Joey eyed me.

"You and I are dating."

Joey made a face. "And?"

"I'm just trying to picture how your life will be after we announce." I explained. "I mean, announcing here, around here these people. Rich, famous and influential people."

"Hey." Joey looked at me again.

"Yes?"

"If any of these people wanted to try anythin on your reputation or mine, I said somethin to Téa about ya smashin balls with a hammer." Joey smirked.

"You're right. I would. Or at least someone would, not me directly."

"I wanna say good bye to the kids,"

"Go ahead,"

"Come with me?"

"Fine, only because you'll cry if I don't."

"Whatever. I wouldn't but okay." Joey mumbled as he walked ahead of me.

"Hold it there puppy dog," I called to him as I grabbed his hand. We walked to the kids area together. Joey made another face. "What? I don't give a damn if people talk. What are they going to say?"

"Point proven, try and behave yourself." Joey teased as we neared the kids.

"Me? Behave? I don't know what you're talking about." I feigned being hurt. "I always behave."

"Riiiiiight, yeah. Ya suuuuure do." Joey smirked. "Hi kiddos, did ya have fun?" He smiled.

There was a small uproar of all the kids talking at once. Collectively, Seto and I agreed that they had a great time.

"I'll be right back, it was so nice to see all of you kids. Keep up the good behavior and you might see me and Joey again sooner than you think." I winked and walked away to find the director.

I left Joey and the kids, I had to arrange Christmas for the children. Every year, I arranged for all the children in the DCCHs to have weekend tickets to KaibaLand and their choice of a gift. When they go to KaibaLand, they're each given a $25 voucher they can use for toys, games, or something from one of the stores. I didn't care about the cost, I had most of it as a tax write off but I didn't care either way. Kids kept me in business.

Shaking hands and nodding, our agreement was made. I walked back to the kids and told them that they needed to be good before Christmas. It was close, a few weeks away. Everyone clapped as the children said good bye and waved.

After the kids had left, the music changed from orchestra classic to dance music and the adult drinks were brought out. Soon everyone was dancing or taking shots. Yugi and Téa were dancing while Tristan and Duke were drinking beer. Mai and Yami were talking about Duel Monsters. Joey was somewhere else, I didn't see him.

I walked around making polite small talk with people while still looking for Joey. Where was he? This was weird. It hit me. Food. Duh, he's probably eating. I made my way to the kitchen and sure enough, there he was. On the floor behind a counter.
