Firdaus's pov

"He's so cute masha Allah"
I said while looking at halimas baby boy

She just got discharged and we were helping her get ready for home with her baby

"Firdaus,picture time with the baby is over "

I heard rukkayahs voice approaching me from the entrance of the room

"Fine "
I said while laughing and getting my bag

"Here ,let me help with that "
I said while collecting a box from halima

"Thanks firdaus . But like you always said when you were carrying afreen ..."I'm pregnant ,not disabled ".
Well , now I'll say "I have a baby and not disabled ?"

She said , in a more of question kind of way

"You know ,even you know that it doesn't sound right

Rukkayah said while laughing

We both look at her then she shrugs and proceeds to head out of the room

"Afreen is a very peaceful baby by the way . I know I've said it several times and I'll say it again"

She was holding her the whole time I came by to see halima
She loves her so much

Halima says her eyebrows indicates we're now officially family even tho we're not

I asked with a genuine smile while watching halima and haneef talk

"I'm good ..how's baby afreen ? I can see she's in a very deep sleep "
She said while gesturing afreen on rukkayahs lap,who was busy pressing her phone

"Trust that one ..She loves her beauty sleep "

"Okay then , I think we're done here since halima has been discharged"
Haneef said while approaching us

We both turned

"Firdaus ,how are you?"
He asked while putting his hand in his pocket

"I'm good Alhamdulillah..you?"

"I'm glad you are...I'm good too "

And with a smile I gave him , I left and got into the car
