EIGHT MONTHS LATER

IZZY AND JACK both sat up against the wall, looking at some photo's that Izzy had in a plastic bag. There were many photos of her, Dean, and Sam. There was a few of her and Jack, but not too many since they've only really known eachother for almost a year. There was one photo though, that had pulled Izzy into flashbacks. The photo consisted of Bobby, Ellen, Jo, Dean, Sam, Cas, and her. Tears started to shine in her eyes as she thought about her family.

What if they're alive? What if they're zombies? What if they're dead-dead, gone for good?

No matter the thought, Izzy hated them all. If they were alive, then she basically abandoned them by not looking, but it's not like she can, she and the group seem to always be on the run. Always. There is always walkers following their every move and they can't do much because they're running low on food, ammunition, and Lori is beyond pregnant, ready to give birth any day now. If her family is dead, then, it's heartbreaking because that means that she lost them, again, and she can't keep going through that. If they're walkers, that means they will have to be put down like animals with rabies which Izzy hates to think about. No matter what, all the options were terrible because that proved one thing; her and Jack might never see them again.

"You all looked so happy," Jack whispered to Izzy, seeing her sad face. He hates seeing her sad. "Who's that?" He pointed to a man who was holding a baby while a little girl and little boy stood beside him.

Izzy caressed the picture. "That's my dad — John," She said, sighing before putting away the pictures. "I really miss them, Jack."

"I miss them, too, Izzy," he said, putting a hand on her knee for comfort. "I know this isn't much, but you gotta believe that they're okay. They're Winchester's and they've been through a lot of stuff. You guys are tough, I know this because you guys defeated Michael, a powerful being. If you guys can defeat him, you can do anything, so that's how I know they're alive, somewhere out there, looking for us."

Before Izzy could utter a single world, T-dog whistled, gaining everyone attention. If he were to see walkers, then he had go whistle, so to hear him whistle, it made Izzy angry.

Why can't they have just one day of peace, just one?

Everyone scrambled to their feet and grabbed their bags.

"Izzy," Rick called out and she turned around to see him struggling with Lori, so she ran towards them and helped carry Lori.

They ran around the back yard, behind the walkers, and towards the cars that sat not that far away from the house they were just in.
