no one in the history of torture has been tortured with torture like the torture you'll be tortured withIZZY GASPED AWAKE, her head pounding harshly against her ears, but, within seconds, she realized she was tied down to a chair in a dark room, a makeshift gag in her mouth.
She tried to pull at the rope that had her hands tied together behind her, but, to no avail, it was too tight and was rubbing her wrists raw.
Footsteps were then heard, making her freeze in her actions and her eyes snapped to the barely visible door.
Her dark, hooded eyes scanned the room, trying to find a way out, she even thought of breaking down the door, but quickly threw that idea to the back of her mind, knowing that it would make a lot of noise.
She huffed and leaned back in the chair, trying to act like she wasn't scared, she wasn't, but she was worried about what happened to Glenn and Maggie.
Whoever the person was, they allowed their footsteps to echo off the walls announcing their arrival.
Her eyes squinted and stung when a harsh light entered through the now open door.
"Looky here!" The man chuckled, it was harsh and humorless. "The little warrior is awake!"
Izzy only glared at him, her eyes narrowed into slits, a cold, dangerous glint in them. He grinned as she said nothing, most likely because of the gag, so he stepped forward and removed it, throwing it down on the floor.
"I'm the Governor," the man said, sitting down on the edge of a table, inches away from her. "What's your name, doll-face?"
Izzy clenched her jaw, her cold eyes never leaving his, and she stayed silent. She didn't know who the fuck this ugly looking asshole was or what he wanted.
"Okay." He nodded, humming. "I heard you broke Merle's nose and almost strangled him with your legs." He looked her up and down, taking in her much smaller appearance. She didn't look like someone who could do much damage to someone, especially someone much bigger and stronger. "He says you have one hell of a right hook."
She tilted her head, smirking, but still didn't say anything. She could see that he was slowly growing more irritated.
"You'd be doing a big favor to yourself if you'd respond to me," he spat, his blue eyes narrowing.
She looked more intently at the man and found it funny and satisfying as he grew more and more frustrated the more she didn't speak. She couldn't help but smile once she heard him let out a growl.
