Olivia's POV

I was edgy the entire 30 minutes waiting there was hurting. I didn't know where he went, or what he was doing. I literally had to wait, and it was killing me. Slowly.

I just wanted to lay in bed after a long days worth of hard work and planning a entire wedding in 2 days.

I didn't know how I did it but he didn't leave much to do. Which was a huge help.

Now I have to deal with this man doing weird things, it was about 5:30 and the sun was slowly beginning to set. It was still a good amount of sunlight, enough to be outside, but dim enough that if I were a child I'd be heading back home.

I wanted nothing more but to head to sleep, but Bakari's request didn't permit that. I considered ignoring his demands, but I couldn't stand the thought of him standing and waiting where ever he was. Just waiting for me to show up and I decide not to come.

If I did that, that would embarrass him. Or even worse make him feel as if I didn't care for his efforts. Which I couldn't lie, I was curious to see why he'd go through so much. Or more like what did he go through.

I didn't have my answers yet, but I was going to get them. The first part was having to go along with Bakari's anomalous plan.

Nothing really seem to add up, and scheme I came up with in my head didn't seem to make sense. They were all just guesses of some sort, things that could usually come to my head at the short time frame.

I laid back, and countered my thoughts of taking a small nap. I wasn't tired but I wanted to lay down and relax. My feet hurt, my back made crackling noises every time I bent a direction, and my fingers were aching.

I was beat, after a hard days work of being in heels. Which I ignored Bakari's request of not changing and I placed on some flats. My toes were blistering, and I didn't need any ugly feet.

I worked hard, and go to a nail shop every other day to keep them up. I'll be damned if I let these shoes ruin my nicely lookin feet.

I couldn't control myself for much longer anyways. So I kicked back, laying my feet on the bed and letting my head hit the very soft pillow. I didn't even know why I did that but I did.

It wasn't a smart choice I must add, I knew it would lead me to sleeping, and that's the last thing I would have wanted.

Plus knew it was going to be hard to sleep, knowing Bakari was waiting on me. Outside! With something he seemed to happily want to show me.

Plus my curiosity was eating me alive. If I set my alarm loud enough I knew I'd be able to wake up to it.

I didn't want to settle for those odds, but I also didn't want to stay awake any longer. Maybe just a quick little nap would do me some justice.

So I turned my ringer all the way up and placed my phone by my ear, laying back and closing my eyes which they closed surprisingly fast, I must have been more tired than I thought.

The wedding did take up all my time, I didn't really have time to enjoy coming back to my place of birth. It was for my father so what's you going to do? I couldn't tell him I wasn't going to help with his wedding.
