J and Belle assisted Papa to lie down on the sofa. M helped Mama to sit on the couch beside. J took out his stethoscope gifted to him (the one with the tiger chest piece) and listens to Papa's heartbeat. Belle switched on the fan beside them, while Nelia served water for Mama. Belle assisted Mama while M cries beside Papa as J tried to revive him.

"Papa....wag mo kaming iwan ni Mama...Papa..." M cried.
"Sir...sir...wake up sir..." J gently shook Papa and tapped his shoulder.
"Teodoro..." Mama sobbed softly from her seat. Belle is consoling her.
A few moments later, Papa came to and turned his head toward M. "Menggay...Menggay ko..."
"Papa..." M reached for Papa's hand and caressed it.
"...hindi pa ako mamamatay...ayoko pa sundan si Diana..." Papa said. Diana was M's mom who passed away when M was still an infant.
"Papa naman e..."
Much later on, they were all gathered at the dining table eating.
"So, tama ba ang pagkaintindi ko, eto pa lang ang unang araw na nagkakilala kayo?" Mama asked.
"Opo..."
"Pero nagttrabaho kayo sa iisang ospital?"
"At sa iisang department..." Belle added.
"Pero hindi kasi M ang tawag sa kanya sa ospital...ako rin, hindi rin J ang gamit ko kapag nasa trabaho ako...J po ang gusto ko pong tawag sa akin o kaya Rj...yun ang pagkakakilala ni Nic sa akin..."
