Hello! I'm back! Those were somehow the longest 7 days of my writing life. For some unknown reason, I couldn't get myself to write using my phone (something I did when I wrote 'Dogtag')
Anyway, here's another 'fun' chapter. Enjoy!

"Ga, where are your dirty clothes? I'm putting in a load na. Isasabay ko na..." M called from the hallway.
"Ahh ehh...I put it in the washer na..." J replied from inside the bathroom.
"Ah sige...wala ka nang idadagdag?"
"No more...thanks Pangga..."
Saturday was usually a quite morning for the two. Since both had the weekend off from work, they spent time cleaning their apartment, doing errands, and family time together. J's parents lived abroad but they had video calls once in a while so Dad and Mom got to 'meet' M already. On some Saturdays, J would bring M to the farm to hang out with his cousins. She had met the General who was very strict in the beginning but soon warmed up to M and treated her like one of his grandkids.
M wondered why it was taking J a while in the bathroom. She had already started a load in the washer and tidied the kitchen of the plates they used for breakfast but J still hadn't come out of the bathroom. She knocked and he responded with grunting.
"Ga, are you okay?"
"Ah...yeah...ahhh...naparami ata yung kain ko ng apples..."
"Ah...do you need help?"
"No...nooo...I'm fine...fine..."
M turned and shrugged her shoulders.
"Ga, I have to go to the store to buy something. Are you sure you're okay? Do you need medicine?" M went by the bathroom door.
"Ah...yeah...I'm fine...I'm almost done...see you later..."
M returned from the store (and a run to the coffee shop for a snack) and found the apartment still looking like how she left if many minutes earlier. M knocked on J's bedroom door but didn't get a response. "...baka natulog sa pagod..." M thought to herself and went to the kitchen to prepare the ingredients for a recipe she wanted to try.
She had just put the things she needed on the counter when M needed to use the bathroom.
"AHHHHH!"
"Pangga!" J screamed. "Okay ka lang?"
"Susmadre ka! Andito ka lang pala?" M said and walked past J to use the toilet.
