Hyunjin can't help but stare at the older girl while they are strolling down the enormous shopping center. Something is bothering her even when she denies the idea.
The other eight boys are well, goofing around like usual— not realizing the intense heat between the pair who are in their own world. Their outing is to celebrate Hyunjin's birthday but he is too occupied with her that he himself can't enjoy it. Jeongin suddenly blurts out that he wants to go to the arcade. Chan tries to convince him that they will come here again to go there, but the youngest will not buy it.
"Let Hyunjin hyung decides"
The guy snaps out from his daze when he heard his name. They explain the situation to him. However, Hyunjin always has a soft spot for the younger one. He agreed on going there instead of the cinema.
Jeongin bows his head down with a pout on his face. He is delighted by Hyunjin's answer but some parts of him regrets his choice and he blames himself from preventing Hyunjin's wish. Let just say he is too excited and thrilled by the colorful lights of the arcade that he accidentally slipped out the words.
Someone nudges Jeongin by his shoulder. He looks up to only see a familiar pair of eyes staring back at his with concern flashing before them.
"What's wrong? Aren't you excited?"
"I do. It's just–" Jeongin is not sure how to express his feelings in words. He doesn't know what to do or react at this moment.
"It's just?"
"I'm sorry that you can't go watch the movie you've been wanting to watch for ages" he spits the words like fire, feeling a little embarrassed of himself. Luckily, Hyunjin catches everything he said.
Small chuckles left the olders lips. His eyes turn crescent.
"I'm okay, Innie. It's no big deal. Plus, I can now make an excuse to ask noona out. Thanks to you" he sends the younger a playful wink.
Jeongin smirks, gazing at the happy guy.
It's finally happening
He thought before running to his hyungs with the brightest smile he could possibly form on his face. His charming point, braces are on displayed and dimples showing in the either side of his cheeks. (I miss braces Innie)
