It was the weekend now and the brunette spent her whole morning in her room fixing her alarm clock and dissecting an old broken cell phone she had found yesterday while coming home from school. Millie was using those parts she harvested for her alarm clock to sort of change the tune and make it less annoying. While she was at work on the machines, the teen received a knock on the door before she sat her pliers and tweezers down and removed her special magnification goggles. "Come in!" She shouts toward the door before standing up straight as the door lightly creaked open. "Sorry to bother you,"

Millie was surprised to hear that voice and turned around to see the skinny pale boy standing by the door, closing it with an awkward smile. There was a boy in Millie's room! She's never had a boy in her room, and it made her a little on edge. She knows that boys can be messy, but this boy can control water. Well, not control. He could make a wrong move and flood the room and there are so many wires and plugs around this room that if water was ever near them it could electrocute someone. That's why Millie never has drinks in her bedroom or near her office space.

"It's just that Noni wanted me to spend some time with you and all. You probably don't wanna see me right now." Finn stated as he just stood by the door and put his hands in his pockets. The worried girl was now much more calmer with Finn's hands in his pocket, it meant that he couldn't use them. The brunette let out a breath and shut her eyes, shaming herself for being so scared of him. Millie was rarely ever frightened. "No, I don't mind spending some time with you. In fact I'd like to get to know you more." She stated with a light smile and her hands held behind her back.

Finn nods and looks around the room quietly for a moment, noticing how clean and kept her floors and bed were. However her desk was totally the opposite, just chips and wires and buttons all over the place along with a lamp and a few tools. Finn knew she was some sort of electro witch, but he didn't think she was so invested into this type of stuff. It's not like Finn is so interested and obsessed with water. "Wow, you sure do like...electronics and stuff. You should work at a Best Buy." The raven haired boy joked, trying to see if Millie would loosen up and see how serious she was. The brunette raised an eyebrow at him. "I do." She replies. Finn was impressed and also shocked.

"Why don't you have a seat while I work on this." The teenage girl wearing a lab coat and goggles on her head suggests. Finn took a seat on her bed with a sort of dusted orange theme to it. Her duvet matched her pillows while her sheets were white. Millie liked colors like orange and yellow, they reminded her of sparks and lightning. "So, Finn Wolfhard," The short haired brunette started as she put her glasses over her eyes, making the room seem bigger. She goes back to playing with the old clock and flip phone as she interrogated the boy sitting on her bed. She felt kind of nervous turning her back on him, but she could feel his eyes on her. "Where are you from?"

The boy with curly black hair watches the girl concentrate on applying wires and prongs and such. The way her magnified eyes looked beneath the yellow light from the desk lamp made Finn smile a bit because of how adorable looking she was. Millie seemed so passionate about this. "I'm from Vancouver. It's in Canada." "I know where Vancouver is, I'm not an idiot." The brunette defends herself. Finn bit the inside of his cheek as he pat the top of his knees like he was drumming. He wanted to ask where Millie is from, but thinks that she won't answer and continue to ask more questions about him. He clears his throat and gives it a shot.

"Where are you from? Judging by your accent, I'd like to say Ireland." The pale boy chuckles, earning a quick smile from Millie. She tries not to show it, but Finn noticed and it made him relax more. "I was actually born in Spain, but yes I am British. My parents are too." Millie explains before standing up straight and putting the alarm clock back together. Finn finds her past to be quite interesting and wants to learn more. "When did you find out about your powers? Were you freaked out by it?"
