It was the next day and the young brunette woke up from her alarm clock screeching from across the room. She could have sworn she broke it yesterday. Millie groans into her pillow before turning her head to stare at it with anger. The sound sped up more and more with every second until a spark came from the back and it started smoking. It no longer made a sound. Millie smiles to herself before nestling down beneath her warm thick covers. Suddenly there was tons of knocking at her door and she mentally whines before bringing her blanket over her head. "Millie, time for school!" Lilia's shouts from the other side.

The brunette moaned and threw her covers off of her before slipping out of bed. It's not like Millie hates school, she's loves learning. It's the people that bother her. She's always the one to get bullied, never Sadie or Lilia. She doesn't understand why she's bullied and picked on. Maybe it was the way she dressed or maybe because everyone was jealous of how smart she was. Sometimes Millie would fight back and explode their phones or causing a high pitched ring in their earbuds so they'd freak out. Nothing too drastic or hurtful though.

Outside of Millie's bedroom, Lilia was walking down the hall to the bathroom as she saw Finn emerge from out of his room to walk in the opposite direction of the blonde. The sight of that boy made her want to scream at him til he left, but all she could do was something simple like summon a fireball once he passed her and throw it just beside his ear or run downstairs to burn his breakfast.

Instead she bumped shoulders with him and kept it moving. She didn't have time to mess with him this morning. Finn tries to act like that didn't bother him and continued his way downstairs. He reached the bottom of the steps and turns to get to the dining room where he heard squawking from. "Sadie you can't keep a bird in the house, no matter how young and abandoned it is." Winona tells the red head with a crying baby bird in her two hands.

Finn sat at the table across from Sadie as she pouts and whispers to the bird who was screaming it's little lungs out due to a thorn from the rose bush planted in the front yard, but Sadie didn't know that, yet. With every squawk and squeal, Noni cringed roughly as she doesn't handle noise well. "Why is it so loud?" Finn finally asks as he starts eating a vegan rosemary and lemon muffin Sadie had baked. The ginger shrugs softly as she stares at him for a moment, listening to his cries. 'my wing!' It screams to her. She noticed something pointy sticking out from it's wing and immediately identified it as a rose thorn.

"Oh no, he must have hurt himself on my rosebush out front. Noni please help me." Sadie begs with worry. The brunette woman sat her book down and got up to stand beside the crying bird. She took him from Sadie's hands before gently tugging on the sharp pointy torn. Finn winced as he thought that it might have felt unpleasant for the bird, and it did. He kept screaming and crying, but then Noni cupped her hand over it's wing and shut her eyes as a yellow fog like mist came from her hand and ran straight through the wing of the blue bird to heal his scar. It slowly began to get quieter and relax more.

Soon the bird stood up on it's two feet and held out both of his now fixed wings, as if to show everyone that he was okay now. Finn was quite impressed and started to applaud Winona. Sadie chuckles before taking him back and kissing his little feathered head. "Are you all better? Of course you're all better. Ooo look at your strong bird muscles, you're so cute!" She coos as she began to walk out of the room, leaving Finn and Noni all alone.

"That was awesome. Do you do that every time someone's hurt?" The boy asks as he was leaning over the table in amazement. The older woman shrugs as she sat back down in her chair to finish her chamomile tea and muffin. "I try to. It doesn't happen as much as it used to when the girls were younger and learning new tricks. I swear I was always healing a burn from Millie and Sadie because Lilia just loved to create trails across the house." She reminisced.

Finn had never heard of what the girl's powers were, he didn't know anything about them. He knew that they hated him, but didn't know why. "Which one is Lilia?" He asks curiously, wanting to know the girl's names. He figured that if he was going to live with them he could at least know their names and their abilities. "Lilia is the blonde, Millie is the brunette, Sadie is the red head. Lilia can create fire, Millie can control electricity and Sadie can speak to nature. They can obviously do more than that, but they mainly do those things." Winona explains before sipping her warm flowery beverage.

The curly raven haired boy thought that it was pretty cool and he wishes he was as cool as them. All he could do was make a glass of water by pulling liquid out of the air. "Are you gonna teach me to do things with my power?" Noni chocked on her tea a bit as she was sort of hoping that he wouldn't be so eager to learn. She was scared to teach him, but as a supreme she had to and she knew she had to. "Sure. Maybe we can start sometime this week since you don't have school until the next." Noni stated, trying to keep all of her negative thoughts in her head. Finn was excited.

Millie had stomped downstairs and into the kitchen wearing a black pencil skirt, an indigo top and her signature lab coat. Millie always wore a lab coat because it made her feel like a mad scientist on top of her electrokenesis. Everyday she felt like she was going to bring Frankenstein to life. "Morning mom." She says before taking a seat across from Finn and grabbing a muffin off the plate in the middle of the table.

"Oh, she's your mom? No wonder you two look so much alike." Finn says in amazement as he sat back in his chair with his arms crossed. Noni chuckles a little as Millie rolls her eyes and bites into her breakfast. "No, we're not related. If we were then she'd be a healing witch like me. The girls just call me mom sometimes because I've raised them on my own for almost their whole lives. We're a family and you are now apart of this family." Millie mumbles the word unfortunately under her breath before setting the muffin down and purposely avoiding eye contact with the boy who could only look at her.

He admired her without her even realizing. She was beautiful in his eyes, but also mean and negative towards him. The brunette has never behaved in such a way towards somebody, but she believed she had good reason to be so rude towards him. Millie finally glanced over at Finn for a second and saw him looking at her. She didn't like it and decided to speak up about it. "Please stop staring at me." She kindly asked. Millie's not one to scold others, she's very sweet with her words. However if someone where too harsh towards her, she'd use her actions instead.

Finn looks away, feeling like he's made the girl uncomfortable by looking at her and taking in her beauty. She didn't scream at him about it, which made him kind of happy. That must mean something, right?
