The past week as been kind of weird for everybody. Lilia hasn't spoken to anyone at school or at home, besides Winona. Millie and Finn are kind of awkward around each other, shyly flirting but not really having actual conversations. Sadie had been a little less sweet and bubbly and a lot more rude towards her friends and her lover. It was absolute chaos in the house and Winona didn't know what to do. She didn't know how to make everyone get along and be happy again. She tried talking about it with Lilia, but the blonde didn't want to talk about her situation. She felt like she didn't need help.

It was now Halloween and the girls were getting ready to go out. Sadie was in her room trying to relax as she squeezed into a big grey furry mouse costume and drew some whiskers on her face, as well as a little nose. "Okay Sadie, when you see Caleb in that scary clown getup just keep it all under control. Don't be scared of your own boyfriend, he's a wimp anyway. Wouldn't kiss me even if I had bubblegum for lips." The red head said that last part through gritted teeth as she put her ears on and faked a smile.

Millie was in her room tearing through her wardrobe to find something to wear tonight. She agreed to walk around the neighborhood with Finn and maybe trick people into giving them candy. The brunette wasn't really wanting to lie to people, but she did wanna spend time with the boy and get him to like her. She tried on a black crop top but immediately took it off as it had covered her cleavage. She put on a white tank top that clung to her body before pairing it with a white skirt and some tennis shoes before taking her red lipstick and drawing all over herself with it. She thought it would look like blood but it just looked like a little kid drew on her with a marker.

Lilia put no effort into her look. A black sweatshirt and some leggings was all she needed before she put her makeup on, threw her hair up into a ponytail and went downstairs to see Winona in the grand greenhouse water the plants. "I'm going out now." "Wait for your sisters." The woman glanced up at Lilia. The teen rolled her eyes and went to the living room to plop down on one of the sofas. Not long after, Finn came strolling down the stairs in normal clothes. He saw Lilia and flashed a smile at her before sitting on a bench across from her. "I like your costume. That's about the scariest thing I've ever seen in my whole life."

The blonde wasn't interested in making conversation with him, so she looked away. Finn awkwardly stares at the floor in silence before someone came running down the stairs, tripping over her tail a couple of times. "Do you think this suit makes me look fat?" Sadie asked the teens lounging around in the parlor as she held her arms out and did a few twirls. "You really should have gotten the sexy mouse costume." Lilia stated. The ginger rests her arms by her sides. "I don't want Caleb to think I'm easy. Although being easy would make it easier for him to just kiss me already." Finn raised his brows as she sat beside him.

The final teen jogged down the big staircase and Finn had turned to look at her. He smiled but then it faded when he saw that she had worn a last minute costume while he was dressed in casual street clothes. "Oh, you're dressed up." He stated, which caused Millie to notice his bland apparel. Millie thought that if they were going trick or treating together then they would dress up like how people usually do. She felt childish wearing this costume. "I'm sorry, I thought we were going to dress up. I can go change if-" "No please, you look really good. With you dressed up like this we're gonna be swimming in sweets." Finn says to try and cheer the brunette up. She was blushing.

"Can we go now? My boys wanted me over like ten minutes ago." Lilia sassed as she started to stand up with her hands still in her pockets. Sadie got up as well, picking up the tail to her costume so she wouldn't trip. The four teenagers said good bye to Noni while she was spritzing some water onto their strawberry bushes and then they left. "So what are you two gonna do this evening?" Finn asked the blonde and the red head. Sadie cheerfully answered. "I'm trick or treating with Caleb and his friends. I'm a little nervous though, he said he's dressing up as a killer clown." She started to panic again but tried to calm herself down.

Lilia rolled her eyes. "I'm just hanging out with the boys. We might scare some children later so I'm looking forward to that." "Don't melt another bucket tonight, you'll ruin Halloween for all of us." Sadie scolds. The blonde goth stares at the ground quietly while scratching her wrist from inside her big front pocket. "Well maybe we'll see you ladies around." Finn says with a small smile as they get closer and closer to the neighborhood. They could hear children laughing and running as the four magical teens emerge from the big forest. They all stood on the sidewalk together for a moment before saying their goodbyes and then separating.

"Sadie!" Someone shouts. The red head in the big mouse suit had looked all around before spotting a knight in shining armor and an avocado. No clown. "Hey boys, where's Caleb?" She asked the two. Gaten snickers before Sadie felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned around and a chainsaw started buzzing with a bloody gory clown smiling down at her. The red head screamed and jumped back a couple of times, shielding her face. The loud scary buzzing stopped before the clown lifted their mask to reveal a handsome young man with a worried expression. "Oh my god Sadie, I'm sorry. Are you okay?" Caleb questioned as he stepped forward and Sadie uncovered her face to see her boyfriend. She calmed down a bit. "I'm fine, I'm okay." She lied. He felt bad, but took her word for it. The group went to get candy.

Wait I'm not done, so next week I'm gonna be publishing three chapters because they are pretty short (700 words max.) and also because they're basically one whole chapter but I had to split it apart because I thought it'd be nicer that way.🔮
