Help? Help!
What were you thinking Olive Wright?
How are you supposed to help a ghost who doesn't even remember anything?
That's what all I could think about while on my way back to my home. After being at home I sat with my family for dinner.
"How was your day at work today Olive?" my father asked
"It was alright"
"I hope Edward treated you right you know? He owes me a lot."
"Please dad he's my boss and can you for once stop reminding me that I needed to be treated according to your position?"
"That's not what I was trying to do." dad tried to explainBut I wasn't indulged into that conversation anymore. Wright dinners didn't have a normal intimacy on any normal day.
And trust me, half my childhood I had the presumption that dinner talks involved business, politics, finding flaws in me and so on.
........................................................................
I might have accepted the job that I got on the words of my father because I didn't want to be the disobedient daughter that my family thinks of me, but I do have the potential. After all this is my dream job.
And my dream man, ah I need to show Ed that I'm worthy of this job and him.
I went to my room and straight to the bathroom for a warm shower, after all I did face a pretty hectic first day.
Alright that was hell of a day I thought as I came back to my room still wrapped in my towel, ready to get in my pyjamas.
"Hello Ms."
"What the-" I jumped almost shooked "What are you doing here Jason"
"Uhm I was thinking if we got just two months, why to waste a day? So lets get working, What say?"
I stood their stoned, still trying to analyse if this is actually happening.
"Hey Olive?"
"WHAT?"
"Why don't you get dressed first, I don't think I'm quite used to women wearing that." He said all blushing
Wearing what?
Wearing...
Oh freaking feuk I'm in a towel
"You! How dare you come into a lady's bedroom? Don't you ghost guys have some shame?"
Okay I think it wasn't the time to yell but I still was, trying to pull down the towel to hide my legs, but it obviously wasn't going to increase in length like that.
"Dude just cause you're dead doesn't mean you can have a chance okay? You're still very much a man and-"
"I think we can continue the conversation after you get dressed" he interrupted immediately
"FINE, But this isn't over"
So I wore my hello kitty pyjamas and t-shirt which seemingly was too hilarious for Jason, cause he wouldn't quit smiling.
"You need to try hard to remember about you life for me to assist you in any way, just knowing your name isn't enough. There must be like thousands of Jasons in New York City"
"Who died in past two years?" Jason questioned in a more obvious way.
Oh well, this ghost is actually smart.
"Alright, you did catch a good detail there, only that how are we supposed to get the records?"
