Chapter 22 - Release the wind

The next few days we spend on rehearsing and making sure that we were prepared. A.J said that it did not matter how much talent you have you always need to work as hard as you did on day 0. Although we were all around the same age it seemed like she had the most valuable lessons for us and Grail had her view on certain topics aswell. She was strong aswell and got herself out of the rut she was in. I had nothing that admiration and love for them all. They did not treat me like a newbie but rather as someone who is equal to them. The team of designers at REV helped us with the secret photoshoot and the preparation for the reveal. It was hard to keep a low profile there since Yoongi and Jungkook were calling and checking in all the time. Jinyoung on the other hand respected my work and just texted me asking if I had time later to meet him. He himself was busy with his new acting role in a drama series where he was on set all the time.

Then just 2 weeks after we finished preparing it was time for the big day. We asked our friends and family to come to the show for a special suprise. They all cleared their schedules and became the audience for the show. We dressed up in a buisness style and the MCs wore suits which had never happened before. They had no script and just the producer knew what would happen next. They started the show with a new set and every equally confused on what was going on.

" Hello ladies and gentlemen. Today we have special guest but I have no clue on who they are or what is going to happen at all. This makes me excited and anxious at the same time", Conny said.

" Yeah. Wait are these? The audience consists of high profile idols and artists? Is this a prank?", Donhee asked and the camera showed the audience.

"Oh we have a notice here which says it is no prank. Ok I believe you. Let us welcome our special guests", both cheered and were freaking out as A.J, Grail and me walked in.

" OMG. Am I dreaming? What is this? Wait... I am so confused", Conny said.

The audience cheered loud as we entered and we bowed politely introducing us one by one.

" Ok. Tell me what brings you here ladies?", Donhee asked thrilled.

" Oh a little suprise. Grail would you give us the honour and reveal the canvas?", A.J said and Grail pressed on a remote and the screen behind us showed the cover of the single.

"A single? From?", Conny asked further.

" We will reveal this but before we prepared some games that you have to beat us at. If you win one game at the time then we will reveal some infos. At the end of the show we will reveal a big surprise", I said smirking.

"I bet it is a song from them all but anyway bring it on girls. I want to hear the song so I will not go easy on you at all", Donhee said.

We started off by playing a poetry game and we won. The next game was a kids game and we won again. The MCs picked the next game and we tied. We decided to count that as a win and gave them a hint.

" We worked on this song together", A.J revealed which made them even more excited.

The next 8 games were won by us mostly but the last 2 were won by the MCs. The info the got was that Grail is married by now which made them speechless and happy and that Jinyoung and I were a couple. Of course press releases sent out already.

" The last surprise is the performance of course", A.J sang out loud and we got into position.

We performed the song and the reaction was unbelievable. It felt amazing to perform this song. Everyone was cheering very loud and the MCs even asked us for an encore which never happened before. It was a bliss and something I would never forget.

" Donhee you know what.. We are here the first people seeings something so epic and legendary. This is not just a song or single", Conny said thrilled.

We bowed to thank everyone and wrapped up the show with the MCs. Every bliss does end though right. Just as the light shut down Grail lost her balance and blacked out. I was the closest to her and caught her in time. I was Yoongi's eyes widen as that sight and he ran over to me. As Grail was not heavy at all I resumed to carry her through the crowd and into one of the dressing rooms. The med staff from my former team were invited for the show aswell and they reacted quickly as they told me to lay her down while they treated her.

" What happened? What is up with her? Someone call the ambulance please!!!", Yoongi shouted in panic. Jungkook and A.J tried to calm him down but it seemed useless as he was really worried. I looked at my team and said: " I leave her with you".

I stood up from the floor and went over to the worried mess of husband Yoongi was.

" Calm down. She is stable and these here are the best Docs I know. They are part of my former team at JYP. If we need an ambulance then we will call one. Calm down and trust me here", I said while holding his shoulders and I could see his tension leave a bit but not entirely.

One of the staff members ran out and came back with some mobile units for the Docs to monitor the condition she was in. One of the Docs pulled me aside and said: " She is just low on some nutritiants and she is expecting. We should make sure that she is ok and run more test at the hospital. We came with a van so I suggest we buckle her up and get her going on low profile. Can you handle the rest?", she asked me while packing up her bags.

I nodded and watched her and getting prepared while one of the producers was asked to get the Van in front of the back entrance. Jinyoung was approaching me quickly and asked if he could help in any way. I smiled and turned to the crowd.

" Ok everyone go home. I just need her family here and the rest needs to go. We will inform you about her state and condition as soon as possible but right now there is nothing that you can do for her. It is nothing serious. Please give her some space", I asked kindly but kind of made clear that it was an order and they followed my instructions.

The only ones that were left were Jay, Yoongi, Jungkook, A.J, Jimin, Namjoon, Hobbie, Jin, Tae, Jackson, Jinyoung, G-Dragon and me. I turned to G-Dragon, whoem I have never spoke to before in any way and said: " Could you drive some of them to the Main hopsital here. We will meet you there. Jinyoung, Yoongi and I will drive in the Van".

For one second I saw him frown at me but then he moved and did what I asked him to. Meanwhile the rest of us were getting inside the Van. Grail was placed on Yoongis lap secure and safe and we quickly headed to the hopsital. I sat in the front with the Docs and looked the people in the back through the rear window.

" Shouldn't we tell them?", she asked me and I shook my head.

" Let us wait until the results are in", I whispered to her.

The affection he showed her and the way he looked at her... I was sure that things would change if there were some bad news. I did not want to risk it at all. If she was aware of her pregnancy then she would have told him unless she was waiting for the right moment. She was pulling all nighters with us and now I felt bad since it resulted in this. Before I realised it we arrived at the hospital and she was quickly checked in and treated. The rest of us had to wait in the special waiting room. The tension was clearly noticable.

I excused myself as I wanted to see if I could get some informations. Jinyoung let me go. It did not take long for me to find my Docs who had not more informations for me than I already had. The test would take long. I exhaled and made my way back to the room where the rest was at as someone grabbed my arm which made me turn around.
