Uka and I headed to the elevator but I was still so in thoughts that I even forgot to press the button to call it. He was on his phone and smiling to himself. My phone started buzzing and I crammed it out of my pocket and saw an E-Mail from Ju where he reminded me of how many days I had left for this task. He wanted to put me under pressure which did not work really. I stared at my phone blankely and turned on my heels heading back to the training room of the girls without even thinking about it any longer. I needed to help them. This was what I was here for afterall. When this gets me into trouble than let it be. I was determined that this was my calling. I picked up my pace after I heard some shouting down the hallway and I had a bad feeling about it. I bumped into someone but just said sorry and resumed sprinting. Uka was right behind me and trying to catch up with me but I was faster.
The noises came from Twices training room and as I slammed the door open I found a middle aged woman hovering over that girl that had fainted a few minutes ago. The members looked helplessly at the woman and their friend. Jihyo was shielding Dahyun from that woman. The middle aged woman shouted at them and Jihyo could not say anything but I could see her angryness-she was trembling. I feared that she might explode any second and I knew that this will have consequences for the whole group. Clueless about the situation and the role of the woman I stood there for a few seconds but as I was about to walk over Uka told me to wait and he sneakly filmed the whole scence.
The middle aged woman slapped Jihyo and said: " How dare you talk back to me? You are a nobody. You protect this girl that can not even keep the diet I ordered. I should put you all in a room for a day as punishment. As your manager no one will question me and my methods. But...".
I had heard enough and I stepped in.
" Excuse me Miss is there a problem here?", I asked with a very serious tone and their manager turned around to me and smiled as she stood up.
"Oh no. I was just informing them about their schedule. That is all. Can I help you?", she asked with a forced smile.
I got my phone out and gave it to Uka. The display showed Jus number and he knew that he needed to contact him if things got out of control here.
He nodded and I looked at the woman infront of me.
" Yes can you please tell me what went wrong in your life that you treat others like that?", I asked her bluntly.
She burst out laughing and turned to me.
" Who are you? I have never see you before. Anyway what I do here is none of your buisness so I suggest that you leave asap", she said annoyed.
"When I leave I know that you will keep harassing these girls. You call yourself their manager? People like you should be in prison", I said to her seriously.
Jihyo and the rest of the members looked at me in disbelief but I was not planning on backing down.
" Do you think your methods will make them successful? You will kill them before that", I half yelled at her.
" No pain no game. What do you know! Get out before I lose my temper", she yelled back at me.
Anyone else would be intimidated but not me. I gave Uka a weak smile and he understood what he had to do.
The woman charged at me in the moment I was not looking but I was faster than her. She tried to slap me in my face but I got hold of her hand before that and I did not let go. She was flustered and even angrier.
" You know I hate people like you. People that mistreat others and think they are the greatest. I can not stand here and ignore what you did. You call that diet-she was starving. You slap Jihyo without a reason. Congrats you got the trophy for the worst manager on this earth. Your group should be your number one priority and you should treat them like human beings and not like animals", I said to her seriously and pushed her away from me.
