JUST FRIENDS

Hey I know this is going to sound a little random but I think we were meant to be together.

So I think we should just get to it and put this whole just friends thing aside because I don't think that was ever meant for us.

Okay I know I'm probably moving too fast but honestly what's so wrong with that?

If our paths truly are Destined to collide then why slow down the collision?

I say let's speed it up!

Let's move so fast that our tires jump off the pavement,

And gravity becomes just another passenger on this track of racing heat beats.

Lets hold our breathe,

Uncross our fingers and let our bodies collide thrown through the windshields of our uncertainties by the force of our reckless love.

Let's hold each other as though for the very last time and as we make our way through the sky waiting for the laws of physics to catch up to us,

Let's embrace the chemistry of our bond,

And open up to one another on a molecular level.

Learn every detail of one another so as to understand how to best captain this relationship.

And just before we hit the ground let's tell each other all the things we never thought we'd ever have the courage to say out loud.

And it's in that moment that I'll say those three little words for the very first time,

In a manner that will make you believe I had invented them just for you.

And when gravity finally takes a hold of us and we finally kiss the surface of the ground I will remain silent because in the moment you will know that this... This right here is what it means to fall in love.

So do you wanna see if you and I can be more than just friends?
