Nothing happened on the way to school. It was just like every year. I walked on the way to school with Clare, who was my best friend. She didn't know I was a werewolf or anything. I didn't want her to know, if she knew she might leave me. Then I would be completely alone and I didn't want that.

We were at the entrance to the school when something felt weird in my stomach.

"Are you okay, Damian?"
"Yeah, just don't want to go back to school yet is all."

I obviously wasn't telling the truth. Which didn't make me happy at all. How could you call someone your best friend and lie right to them? Either way we both walked inside to see students greeting each other and talking. And acrossed the hall was Issac Lenner with his group. I hated him, he was the best player on the basketball team. He was over cocky and picked on every guy and flirted with every girl he wanted to use. Girls would come back the next day crying, he is definitely a douche. I even fought him one time, he obviously didn't win because of the difference in strength. No one talked to me after that, except Clare.

We walked down the hallway, took a left And the fourth room down was a first period class, history class. It was really boring, with a boring teacher. His name was Mr. More, he was the one that was superstitious and it was hilarious. I looked around and seen me and Clare's seats we always sat in. So we went and sat down.

"Alright class, open your books, start at page one and fill out the review of last year."

I opened my book and began writing. It wasn't really hard. Some parts were almost difficult, but Clare helped me. She was the smart one, I didn't pay attention enough. After we finished the review we had two more assignments before the end of class. We picked up our bags and left the room.

On our way to our next class, someone grabbed my shoulder to slow us down. He had a strong grip. That's when I got that feeling.

"Excuse me, mind if I tag along?"

We both turned around and sure enough it was the guy from yesterday. If things could get any worse. Before I could even speak Clare cut me off.

"Of course not, what is your name?"

"Aiden ross, im new here and he and I met yesterday so I walk over here."

While he pointed at me Clare turned to me with a look of disappointment and anger. She always got mad when I didn't tell her things. I knew I was gonna have to tell her later. How was a supposed to tell her that I was stalking his house.

"Who do you have next?"

"Gym I think?"

"Do you have your schedule with you?"

He handed me his schedule, dammit. He had the next three classes with me and one with Clare. Guess he is gonna be coming to gym class with us. I didn't want to say yes, but if I didn't, and I said no. Clare would argue at me right then and there. I really didn't want an argument right now.

"Well looks like you have the next three classes together with me and one with clare, 5th period. Well you can walk with me to gym. Clare has English to go to."

"Thank you"

Well, at least he has manners. The three of us walked together until Clare had to go upstairs to English. She waved by as she went up the stairs as we walked bye. We both waved back and kept walking.

We got to gym and we were changing in the changing room with everyone else. I still wasn't used to it, but I found myself distracted with Aiden. He was fit with abs but was still slim. Wait, why was I staring, what is wrong with me. I went back to finish changing, putting on my shirt. Seriously we should have changing rooms like stalls or something. Standing between lockers didn't feel comfortable. Aiden didn't seem to mind though.
