Part 19: Challenge Accepted

          Today was the day of the Ceremony for me becoming the Alpha. This basically will justify me as Alpha. We woke up early, 3:00 in the morning. We were all exhausted. All except Aiden since he didn't need to sleep he only chose too.

"I wish I didn't need sleep."

"Well you do, besides, your cute when you sleep."

"SHUT UP, pervert!"

"You love me."

"Me? Love a pervert! Never..."

"Really now."

          I leaned in and kissed him while smiling. Get dressed already, we need to leave and be there early...

          We were on the road in our two cars we had. Aiden and I were in a Lexus LFA all black. It was Jeremy's before I took it. We would've just sold it if I didn't take it. The other three were in dodge ram all silver. It was gonna be a two or three hour drive. We drove from are home which was between woodlands and East Shoal lake in Manitoba, Canada. To Grafton in North Dakota. Well not directly in the City, more like outside of the city in the country area.

          We were half way there driving on this road I cant remember. I know that we were crossing the Pembina river though. The sun was rising left of us. It was beautiful! In the sky I thought that I saw some in the clouds, not a bird but something else? I only saw it for a second so probably just me trying to wake up or something..

"Are you ready Damian?"

"I think so, I just hope everyone accepts me."

"Don't worry, they will." "How far are we?"

"Will be there in a 40 minutes."

          Aiden called Chase and told him we were 40 minutes out. I could hear that Chase said Sebrina wasn't feeling okay. I hope she was okay. Aiden said "ill see you guys in 40 minutes" and then hung up. "Did you hear, about Sebrina?" I nodded to him while looking out the side window. I just watched the scenery for the rest of the 40 minutes, until we were ten minutes out.

"Look..."

          There was a sign warning people to stay out. The sign read "beware of wolves". I know wolves wouldn't be in this area. That meant that the pack down here aloud humans too see them. Worry struck me as I relized that the american packs were more rebelious. What would happen if they broke the rules?

          We drove up into a drive way that led to a mansion. Waiting was a man and women and other younger people. My guess was that the man was the alpha. I havent met an american pack yet. I parked the car and shut the engine off. I looked at Aiden before sighing and getting out of the car. Chase and the others got out of their car and walked up after me to meet the pack.

"Theres the famous pack of Winnipeg Canada!"

I held out my hand to shake hands and he gladly shook mine.

"So did you have a safe trip?"

"Yes it was like a vacation for whats been happening."

"What ever it is, I hope this makes it better."

He looked at Aiden and smiled.

"So this must be Aiden Ross, everyone is talking about you and Damian."

"Yeah never thought about it in a good way."

"Have you guys had any troubles with neighboring packs?"
