"Speaking of Cat, I've heard that you're together now." Grace comments aiming an arrow at the target and firing.
"And you've heard that from?" I ask aiming my own arrow.
"Cat and Sash are best friends, and Sash and I have no secrets. At all." She says taking another arrow. "How did it happen? I didn't get that much." She asks looking at me with her big owl grey eyes.
"I thought you and your girlfriend had no secrets." I taunt her.
"She woke me up to tell me that and that they were going hunting with Tyler, I'm guessing you heard about the bet?" She explains. I nod to her question. "Well, Sash wanted to make sure he paid it, and they dragged Cat with them, as always." She says rolling her eyes.
"I'm glad they did, no offence, but those two are a disaster waiting to happen, Cat is the only one with common sense in that equation." I say.
"True. Now tell me everything, I want to know why my boyfriend hasn't told me about this before." She says winking at me in a flirting way that makes me laugh.

"You WHAT?" She exclaims shooting an arrow into the forest. "You tried to force her?" she asks more calmed now. "Sash will kill you is she hears of this. What is wrong with you?" She ask stepping closer to me as her white feathers rise in a threatening manner.
"Listen, I don't know what happened. That's what she told me, and we're fine now. She forgave me." I say backing up.
"Well she shouldn't had, you should be punished for that. And why is she stupid enough to start a relationship with you after that?" Grace asks pacing back and forth.
"I agree with you, but she said that it wasn't really my fault." I explain trying to calm her down.
"There isn't much I can do. I wasn't there so I can't accuse you, but if it happens again I will tell Sasha, and she won't be this understanding." She says pointing her finger at me. I nod. "Now continue with the story, I want to know how you asked her and how much pleading you had to do for her to pity you." She taunts with an evil smile, so I tell her the rest of the story.

"That's pretty much what happened Thursday. We had a little date Saturday night, which was when we said we were going hunting." I finish. Grace looks into the distance. By now we have fired all our arrows and are sitting on the floor as I talk.
"That's... an interesting way to start. Definitely better than how it was last time." She comments. "Well, now to add the points." She says getting up and walking towards the targets.
"I don't get it, I usually get more points than you. You even lost an arrow!" I say puzzled as I count the number of blue marked arrows on the targets a second time.
"I think having a certain feline in your life is really affecting you." She mocks. I glare at her.
"Cat has always been in my life, and I think there is something wrong with my bow." I say as I inspect the object.
A sound from the woods makes us both turn around, Grace aiming her loaded bow in the direction of the noise. "I don't think an arrow will kill me." The voice that lights up my day says from the edge of the forest.
"I wasn't planning on killing you. Just taking precautions." Grace says lowering her weapon. "Plus, someone here would have my head if I ever dared to try." She adds looking at me from the side of her eye.
"Yeah. And judging by this, I don't have anything to worry about, your aim is as good as a blind's." Cat comments waving Grace's lost arrow.
"Blame your boyfriend, he distracted me. But even with this one lost I still won." The latter says with pride. "By the way, where's my baby?" She asks looking around.
