It's been 2 weeks. I haven't texted Jay since then, and I was ready to leave my house. I had already packed everything and drove to the airport, and I was 5 minutes away from my gate. All of the boys have been texting me but I've been ignoring every text.
It's been somewhat tough giving up things like weed and alcohol, but I know it was going to be worth it in order for the baby to be born as healthy as possible.
I open up my phone. I see there's 34 unread messages from Jay. I ignored every one, and texted him.
Jay
Are you okay?
Text me if you need anything.
When will you board?
Some of the guys are going to be
over for about a week or so.

I shut my phone off, not opening it until I got onto the plane. Even on the plane, the WiFi was too shit to send and receive anything.
I just laid down in the seat, burying myself into my coat, falling asleep for who knows long.
