Alright, I know this is another Denki picture even though it's an Eijiro chapter but the picture is just too perfect for the chapter :3
Eijiro groaned as his alarm blared in his ear. His arm hardened and he brought down his fist on the annoying box of wires, smiling as it smashed with a satisfying crunch.
On his chest his cat whom he had dubbed Devil blinking sleepily and stared at the sparking box.
Eijiro shrugged and sat up in bed, letting the covers fall off his chest. "It was bugging me," he admitted, trying to justify his actions as he rubbed the back of his neck with a sheepish smile.
Devil blinked and jumped off the bed disappearing out the window in search of a temporary litter box.
With a big yawn, Eijiro slipped off his bed and stumbled into the kitchen. Devil was already waiting on the counter by a large jug of milk. Eijiro blinked and glanced at the open window. "Weren't you just outside?" he asked.
Devil stared at him.
Eijiro shrugged and stifled another yawn. He poured Devil a bowl of milk, promising the hungry cat real food after school. He poured himself a bowl of cereal and left to get some fruit. When he came back, though, Devil had abandoned his milk and was busy lapping up Eijiro's cereal.
"No that's--" he began, but sighed and returned to his search for fruit. After peeling an orange and popping that in his mouth he chugged whatever was left of the cereal and grabbed his backpack. "Don't do anything stupid!" he ordered Devil before running out the door to his classes.
The rest of the day was a blur to him. Between lack of sleep and an unusually short attention span, it wasn't long until he found himself in homeroom, listening to Aizawa drone on about a school event or something that wasn't worth his time. He stared at the empty seat that Denki once occupied. With a dejected sigh, he let his head flop onto his desk and his eyes drifted close.
"Eijiro!" Aizawa snapped in an unusually high voice. "Homeroom isn't the place to nap!"
A rippling laugh passed through the rest of the class as Eijiro's head shot up from his desk and he struggled to blink the sleep out of his eyes.
Did Aizawa really have blond hair?
Eijiro narrowed his blurry eyes and frowned as his vision began to clear. "Sorry--" he froze. Aizawa wasn't standing at the front of the class, glaring at him. Instead, Denki was frowning down at him, dressed in Aizawa's clothes. "D-denki?!" he gasped, staring wide-eyed at the teacher.
Aizawa/Denki frowned. "What are you talking about?" he demanded in Denki's voice.
"Eijiro are you okay?" Kyoka asked, laying a hand on his arm.
Eijiro nodded and turned to face her but jumped back with a yelp. Denki's face stared back at him. A red blush fell across his face the moment he realized that Denki still had Kyoka's girlish figure.
"What's going on?" Katsuki asked behind him.
Eijiro reluctantly turned to look behind him and screamed in horror. Katsuki had also become a Denki-hybrid. Leaping up from his chair, he quickly hardened his skin and looked around the room, chest heaving.
His entire class had turned into Denki hybrids!
It had to be a dream.
"Eijiro are you okay?" Denki/Kyoka asked, reaching a hand out to touch him.
Eijiro yelped and stumbled back. He tripped on his backpack and tumbled to the ground.
"Eijiro?"
He blinked and slowly opened his eyes, realizing slowly that he had fell out of his chair.
"Eijiro are you okay?" Aizawa—the real Aizawa—asked as he loomed over him.
He nodded, slowly standing up and sitting back into his chair, a light blush falling over his cheeks in embarrassment. He looked around the room, slowly becoming aware that everyone was staring at him. He breathed a sigh of relief.
No Denki-hybrids inhabited the classroom.
With a smile, he returned to his seat as Aizawa resumed his monetary lecture.
Was there such thing as too much Denki?
To answer his question.
No.
