That same night, I sat alone in the apartment, all my friends were out and about, I was waiting for Sebastian to come home. It's been three hours since I left the restaurant, and it made me antsy to know that he was still with her.

Sebastian came in soon and headed into the kitchen, not realising I was curled up on the couch until he came back with a carton of milk.

"Hey, you alright?" he asked.

"Yeah, just waiting for you two come home. Here you are." I replied.

"Yeah, here I am. Kaitlyn wanted to say goodnight but you left before she could." he said.

"I'm sure she definetely did." I replied.

"What's that supposed to mean?" he asked.

"What do you see in me?" I asked him.

"I beg your pardon? Where did that come from?" he asked as he sat down in the arm chair.

"You had been attracted me ever since we met in that stupid school gym. What is it about me that makes you wanna love me?" I asked. Sebastian sighed and put down the milk carton.

"You're a good person. You're the best person I know, and every moment I spend with you, I become someone better. Why?" he asked.

"How does Kaitlyn make you feel when you're around her?" I asked.

"How does Kaitlyn fit into all this?"

"Just answer the question!"

"Alright! Sheesh. She's a nice girl, what does any of this have to do with Kaitlyn?"

"The Spotlight Diner closes at eleven thirty." I said.

"So?"

"So, that was two and half hours ago. And when I left, you and Kaitlyn stll looked pretty cozy." Sebastian started to get the hint.

"Hold on, you think that I was with Kaitlyn? Why would I wanna be with Kaitlyn?" he asked.

"Well let's see: she's cute, she's perky, she's pretty, and she wants me out of the picture." I replied.

"What are you talking about?" he asked.

"She hates me! But you don't see that because she's an actress, and a damn good one at that."

"Kaitlyn is just trying to make it in New York, just like we are. What is your problem with her?"

"She's a bitch! That's my problem! She's threatened me twice now! And then when you come around, she acts like the perfect dream doll, but not with me boy. No-ho-ho! She decides to turn into a queen and act like she's better than everyone else!" I snapped.

"Why does this feel familiar?" he asked. How stupid can he get?

"Hmm, I dunno? Maybe 'cause that was you two years ago!" I shouted at him.

"What?"

"You were going after Blaine? Hello?"

"Okay well now I'm taking Blaine's spot, I don't like Kaitlyn. She's pretty, but she's not you." he said.

"Oh yeah? What do I have that she doesn't...besides your heart?" I asked.

"Well you...uh...um..."

"That's what I thought." I said, then stood up and headed into the kitchen. I needed a snack.

"What's your problem? What do you have against Kaitlyn? Are you jealous?" he asked as he followed me.

"I am not jealous! I don't get jealous!" I shouted at him. Sebastian scoffed.

"I don't believe this. Reese Tiegan Lavek, is jealous of some girl." he replied.

"I'm not jealous! I'm mad because some chic thinks she can poach my boyfriend from!" I said while getting an apple.

"That'll never happen! Reese I love you, and no one can take that away. Not Hunter, not Kaitlyn, not anybody." he replied.

"Hey, you wanted me to tell you when I'm having a problem with your friends, and here I am telling you about her! She hates me! I know she hates me! But you seem pretty determined to not lift a finger to do anything about it!" I shouted at him.

"Okay, well what the hell do you want me to do? You want me to drop of West Side Story? Just to make you happy?" he asked.

"Don't go extreme! Just tell her to leave me alone!" I replied.

"She hasn't done nothing to you! You just can't seem to stand the fact that I'm working with another girl, who for the love of God can't even match your standards according to me!" he shouted back.

"Look at that. You know I hate to admit it, but Hunter was right, you can be a woose at times!" I snapped.

"Kay, you know what? I don't need this." he said as he headed for the door.

"Where're you going?" I asked.

"You know, Sam told me if I ever needed a place to crash, that he'd be more than happy to let me stay at his place, so I'm gonna take him up on his offer. I guess he understands what kind of a bitch you really can be." he replied. Woah.

"Don't bother walking three blocks down to Samcedes' place, just grab a taxi and spend the night in Kaitlyn's arms why don't ya?" I asked.

"I might just do that, and I might not come back in the morning." he said, then grabbed his coat, and left the apartment with a slam of the door.

"I'm the one who slams the doors around here!" I shouted.

"Not today!" I could only think of one word to exemplify my feelings for him right now.

"Lurch."
