I walked up to them, "What do we need to talk about" I said annoyed already. " I wanted to know was you coming to my birthday bash". She said with a big smile. "And why couldn't you tell me this on the phone"? I asked angrily. "Because I wanted to see you". "Why, I have a girlfriend and i'm not trying to fuck up what we have". I said turning around heading to my car. My phone was vibrating but I just ignored it.
"Derrick wait"! she yelled out. "What Ashonti we have nothing to talk about"! I yelled loudly. "WHY DO YOU WANNA BE WITH HER, WHAT DO SHE HAVE THAT I DON'T"! "I don't have time for this". I said. I got in my car and went back to Jayda's house.
*Jayda PoV*
I woke up and Derrick was gone. I was blowing his phone up.
Me: Derrick ?
Me: Derrick?
Me: Answer me !!
Me: Where are you ?
He didn't answer to none of them. I started getting worried. I went downstairs to get some water. Then I heard the doorbell ring, I was scared out of my mind. "WHO IS IT"! I yelled out. "Its me Derrick"! I was so relieved to know that it was him. I swung the door opened. I stood there with my arms crossed. "What's wrong". He said looking confused.
"Where did you go, why didn't you answer none of my text"? I asked upset. "Umm I had to umm check up on my mom". He said grabbing my hands pulling me closer to him. I knew he was lying. "Why are you lying to me". I said angrily as I pushed him back. "Uggh ok I went to meet Ashonti". he said quietly. It was silent for a minute. "You went to meet Ashonti"? I said repeating him. "Yea she said we needed to talk". He said softly. "About what"? I asked confused. "She wanted to know if I was going to her Birthday Bash" He said. "Thats it why couldn't she text you or call I don't even care no more" I said I walked up the stairs and he followed after me. "Don't be like that She just-"Look lets just go to sleep and we'll talk in the morning". I said frustrated. We laid in the bed silent. "Goodnight Jayda". He said kissing my forehead. "Night". I said dryly.

I woke up and Derrick wasn't on side of me anymore. I text him.
Me: WHERE ARE YOU !!!
Derrick: Downstairs calm down, come down here.
I slipped on some red and black short shorts and a black tank top and my nike sandals.
I walked downstairs to see Derrick over the stove. I sat at the island, "what you cooking". I asked. "Me some breakfast". He said. "You, what about me'? I asked. "You can get some cereal". He said while putting a bowl and a box of cereal in front of me. "Really"? He sat down with a plate of food in front of him. "Umm yea". he said stuffing his face. I started laughing. "Want some"? He asked still stuffing his face. "Nope i'm going to buy me something to eat". I said standing up getting my car keys and purse. "Where you going"? he asked "Umm to go get ME some breakfast". I said walking out the door.
I got in my car and headed to McDonald's. I finally arrived, I got out the car and went inside. I got in line, "JAYDA"! I heard somebody yell. I looked around. "Wussup". Zack said walking towards me. "Oh hey". I said with a fake smile. "What you doing up here alone". he said looking me up and down. "Umm getting me something to eat what are you doing here"? I asked not really caring. "Same, umm what you doing after this"? "Going back home, why"? I said. "Because I wanted to know if-"Hold on I said cutting him off.
I order my food and we sat at a table. "So what you was saying"? I asked. "Umm I wanted to know if you wanted to hang or something, every since you started dating Derrick you've been distance from me". He said looking down. "Umm yea we can hang out, its not like that". I said. "Cool what time can I pick you up". He said excitedly. I looked at my phone and it was 10:30am. "Umm 3pm" I said. "Okay where you wanna go"? I shrugged "Where ever you want to take me".
