I woke up with big ass head ache. I looked over and Derrick wasn't there. My phone was ringing, I reached over on the nightstand to get it.
Me:Hello
Derrick: Hey I found a house I want you to come look at with me.
Me: okay imma about to get dressed.
Derrick: And I got a call from Foot Locker and my interview is tomorrow.
Me: Thats good
Derrick: yea I know aye I'll talk to you later I love you.
Me: Love you too.
I hung up and got out the bed. I went to the restroom an took a long 15 minute shower. I put on some black jogging pants, a white t-shirt and my all black adidas. I grabbed my phone and my purse. My phone vibrate I looked at it and I had a email. I checked my email and it said that I had and Interview for dots tomorrow at 10am.
I was so excited, I walked outside just as Derrick was pulling up. I got in the car and was greeted by the smell of weed. "Derrick you said you was going to stop". I said as he pulled off. "What are you talking about"? He asked playing stupid. "You know what im talking about". I said. "okay I'm sorry i promise Imma stop". he said putting it out. "whatever". i said and put my head on the window. We arrived at the House in a nice neighborhood.We went inside and looked around a little with the rent lady.
" We'll take it". Derrick said shaking the lady's hand. She gave us the key and said we can move in today or tomorrow. I was so happy that we was now on our own. We left the house an got back in the car.
"You can start packing our stuff". He say focused on the road. I just nodded my head like he can see me and looked out the window. We arrived at the house and went in. I went upstairs and started packing up everything in his room while he got in the shower. I sat on the bed tiredly and thought about all of this. Derrick came out the bathroom with just a towel wrapped around him. "Where we gone get furniture from"? I asked confused.
"I know some people thats gone hooked us up". He say walking into his closet. "I don't want no used furniture". I say walking in the closet behind him. "Didn't nobody say anything about used furniture Jayda". he said slightly yelling. I didnt say anything after that I just help him finish packing his room.

We was finally down packing his room and I was so tired. I stripped down to my bra and panties and slide under the covers. "We gone be out here tomorrow". he said getting in the bed behind me . I nodded my head as I felt my eyes lids get heavy. I dozed off and let sleep take over my exhausted body.
