Chapter 16

Haha~ Getting good reactions to the last chapter~, and due to that I've now got more motivation to do an earlier chapter for you all, my little gremlins

Y/n's P.O.V

I awoke with a pain in my head. slowly, I grunt and sit up feeling the soft fabric of what I assume is a bed underneath me. Opening my eyes I take in my surroundings. Xanda is sitting in a lounge chair asleep softly snoring. I chuckle and notice I'm not in my room but instead Xanda's room, thinking back I had this strange pain in the back side of my head, Like I've been hit over the head. Trying to gather my memories yet all I can see if black. 

  "X-xanda?" I asked softly as I can. Yet no response.

   Slowly and quietly I slink of my the bed and tiptoes to Xanda's sleeping form and give a soft yet quick kiss to his cheek and quickly go to his living room.

   All the walls I past where white which is kinda a bore to look at, yet all hold a few frames of Xanda with people and I grin at seeing Little Xanda but now that I've notice. None of the people in the photo frame where smiling, all giving off dead stares to the camera. Shaking my head I try to find the kitchen.

White walls again, marble bench tops and white cupboards, the fridge was huge and white, stove a stainless steel and a block of knives on the island in the middle of the kitchen. It was pristine clean like it's been untouched. Walking the cupboards I fish out anything I can make food with, place on an apron and started to cook.

  The aroma of pancakes flooded the kitchen, A beautiful stack of fluffy pancakes sat on a plate on the island counter. Humming up a random song in my head, strong arms wrapped around my waist. My back tensed up, I was being embraced and by the smell of the familiar colon calmed me down.

   "Morning" Xanda's voice was more ruff and low and it made me shiver with delight.

   "X-Xanda, why are you hugging me, doesn't that seem a little...gay?" I try to suppress the shakiness in my voice.

   "Its cold and your warm, why? We're friends after all" Xanda just nuzzle into my neck and I can feel him breath in. panicking, I shriek and slide down out of his grip and stand behind the stack of pancakes.

   "I-I, I made breakfast. Eh- Dig in haha" I scratch the back of my head whilst Xanda chuckled leaning on the counter. 

   "You ever think of love Y/n, It's like a flame. Beautiful to look at yet once you touch it, it burns you. blow it or it gets wet, the flame withers away." sorrow and pain fell off each syllable. "a flame of love" Slowly, A glimpse of a tear runs down Xanda's face and he turns to me.  

   "Now let's eat Y/n" Smiling I nod, turn off the cooker and sit down to eat.

Le time skip~

"So you don't remember anything from last night?" Questioned Xanda.

  "Nope" I respond "I awoke with the feeling of pain like I've been hit around the head, but every time I try to remember that night at the party, It's just black and blank." I sigh "I shouldn't have drink last night! It was stupid of me." 

   Xanda just chuckled "You should of seen the way you were moving, you moved your hips so much" He laughed lowly "You even drunkenly danced with me, You can guess what 'move' you were doing."  I throw a pillow at Xanda.

   "Oh my Satan, please just-No one suppose to know I can dance like that, great now people will know" I bury my head into the pillow.

   "But I like seeing that side of you N/n (Nickname), You should dance more!, I didn't know you could even dance." I stand up

  "I can dance!" I stood up lightning fast.

    I make it over to Xanda and stood him up, then walked to the amps he has and plugged in my phone. Thirsty by TAEMIN started to play. 

   I slowly walk over to Xanda, rolling my head slowly and place my my finger on his shoulder, running it along his arm, held onto it and pulled myself into his chest, back first. I slide down and up again and sharply turn around. I lean into Xanda, Placing a bent legs on his side of his leg. Xanda placed my bent leg into his hand and pulled me closer. bodies close, I was enjoying teasing him. Xanda grabbed onto my hand and twirled me out then back into his clutches. back against chest we swayed there enjoying the heat. The song changed to a sad, slow love song. Flame of Love by TAEMIN began and we swayed until the song was over.

   After the song was over, all my senses returned and I realized what I did, and frantically escaped Xanda's embrace, chest heaving and heart pounding, It felt so right to be there.

   "I-I'm sorry I...I don't know what came over me X, I just" I gulped hard and collapse into the chair in the living room. I hide myself in the cushion and hug it to my chest. I look up to see a flustered Xanda, running his hand through his hair and plop into the couch and laid there out of breath. 

   It went silent, I can't deny these feelings I have for Xanda. I Love Xanda, yet I can't shake that there's something more sinister behind Xanda's mask.

 (Flash Back)

flashes of white shatter next to my head, Xanda was full of rage. Cursing, he searched the room for something muttering to himself. Head in hands, Xanda slammed himself into the wall letting out a shout and sliding down soft sobs escaping the room, He hasn't noticed me standing here the whole time. Xanda was having a breakdown but I don't know what about. I walk quietly and sat in front of Xanda, He looked up at me with those beautiful pale blue eyes now strained and blurred with tears. I Pull Xanda in and let him cry softly into my clothes, this Frightened me. 

"shhhh, It's fine, I won't leave you"

I shake my head at the memory. Ever since That day, Xanda has never told me what it was all about no matter how many times I've asked him, he'd brush it off as a one time thing. 

  I sat up and go search for my belongings and text my mother that I'll be on my way home. Checking other messages, It seemed that last night, I texted her saying I was at Xanda's place, huh strange. I didn't bother saying goodbye as it was awkward enough and left Xanda's place.

   Walking through the cold streets, I place in my earphones. As quick as it came, the smell of chloroform entered my nose, and the only thing I saw was a person in a rabbit mask place a potato sack over me, and It all went black.

Hope you all Enjoyed this chapter, sorry it's so short but thank you readers for the amazing ideas and even one where You (The reader) should be a bit more dominate in a chapter. Chapter 16 was initially gonna be a more darker chapter but I'll wait to agonize you a bit more heheh. I love you gremlins XP.
