It was another typical Saturday afternoon. Quinn usually comes over since we are neighbors which was cool. She was my best friend in the entire world. She was my first friend at McKinley.

"Why is love so complicated?" I whined as I just hugged my pillow. Quinn was sitting at the edge of my bed typing her essay for Yale.

"What?" She asked.

"I'm just at a loss on how I am feeling towards this one guy." I sighed.

"Well, I never thought this day would come." She commented. "Tell me more about this guy."

"Well, He is so sweet and he cares about me. When I was worried about my sectionals solo a few weeks back, he was willing to help me out." I started. "He has pretty eyes, and he is a gentleman."

"Who is this boy?" She asked in curiosity as she shut her laptop.

"His name is Sebastian. He goes to Dalton Academy." I told her.

"So are you guys a thing or what is going on between you two?" She questioned.

"Well, we are just friends. We text a lot now." I added. "He was helping me prepare my solo for sectionals. We haven't known each other long and I'm starting to catch butterflies for him."

"So why don't you ask him out?" She suggested.

"I want to, but I feel like the timing is always off." I shrugged.

"When it comes to crushes, there is no perfect timing like you see in the movies." She pointed out. "I mean that was like Finn and I last year. He was in a relationship with Rachel and then we both fell for each other again and it was not the ideal timing."

"So you're saying you still like Finn?" I raised my eyebrows. I wasn't really sure where she was getting at.

"What? No! Finn was the past. I'm looking to what's happening in the future." She shook her head. "What I'm saying is that everyone will fall for each other at different times. It's never planned out."

"Thanks Q." I smiled. "You always know what to say."

"Well, why don't you ask him out on a date?" She suggested.

"Yeah, I should." I bit my lower lip.

A few days later, I walked into the choir room after having a terrible stomach bug.

"There has to be some kind of show choir competition committee we can complain to." Tina argues.

"I know it sucks, guys, but it's not the end of the world. Heck, you had your set list stolen the day of the competition at Sectionals, and you pulled that one off, right?" Blaine answered. I was a little confused with what was happening.

"Well, they can have our Journey and our Dreamgirls, but pilfering my Michael, mm-mm, that's another level, not okay." Artie sasses.

"I'm not exactly comfortable having this conversation with Blaine in the room.
Clearly, once a Warbler, always a Warbler." Puck commented. That sounds oddly familiar.

"Uh, wh-what?" Blaine stuttered.

"Dude, you told them what we were gonna do. You're like a modern-day Eggs Benedict. He's on notice as far as I'm concerned." Puck explained.

"We should all be on notice. I mean, next to Vocal Adrenaline, the Warblers are the best Glee Club in the state, and for a lot of us, this is our last shot at a championship, so we should stop complaining about the Warblers and figure out how to beat them." Finn stated.

"I couldn't have said it better myself, Finn. I'm less worried about our set list right now and more interested in getting us in the right mindset to crush those guys. Which is why our lesson for the week is What Would Michael Jackson Do?" Mr. Schue announced.
