Valentines Day was going to be a bust. I wasn't really thrilled with this whole mess. I feel like my heart was broken just because the guy I liked turned out to be an asshole. I can't believe I actually began to like that dweeb.

I slowly wandered the hallways and made my way to lunch. I wasn't really happy and Valentine's Day is just going to be a drag for me.

I didn't know what was worse. Watching Finn and Rachel make out every two seconds in the hallway or listen to everyone's relationship problems.

"Hey Elle," Quinn walked over and sat down next to me at the lunch table.

"Hi Quinn." I stated as I bit into my peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

"How are you doing?" She brought up.

"I can't believe I fell for such a douchebag." I complained. "I can't believe I almost asked him out!"

"It happens to the best of us." She patted me on the back.

"Well, I don't want to feel like this anymore. I want to never fall head over heels with anyone ever again."

"Listen, I am not saying that you shouldn't fall for anyone, I'm just saying your heart will show you the good in people whether you want to believe it or not. Don't give up just yet." She explained.

"Quinn, have I told you how much of a genius you are?" I let out a slight smile.

"Well, I did get into Yale." She shrugged. "So what are you going to do about Sebastian?"

"I'm going to talk to him." I commented. "Maybe get some sort of explanation."

"That's very wise." She responded.

"I have a best friend who's very wise." I gave her a big hug. I was going to miss her like crazy. She was like a big sister to me.

I didn't want to talk to Sebastian tonight, because Sugar has this Valentine's Day party at Breadsticks. I dressed up a bit too just because I might as well be cute. (Dress at the top/ final look)

I pulled into the Breadsticks parking lot which was packed. That was when I decided to park on the side of the road down the street. I got out of my car and slowly began to make my journey to Breadsticks.

I walked inside and saw all of my friends hanging out. I decided to go sit with Quinn in the back.

"Hey, Elle, can you perform something?" Sugar walked up to me as I was sipping my soda.

"Why?" I gave her an odd look.

"Because everyone else is performing at least once and I need more entertainment." She explained.

"Fine," I sighed.

"Great! You're up next!" She ran off. Shit. I walked over to the DJ to find a song to sing.

"Up next we have Elle Archer!" Sugar introduces me. I walked over to the mic.

"Hi, I'm Elle." I smiled as I nodded at the DJ. The music began to play.

Everybody needs inspiration
Everybody needs a song
A beautiful melody
When the night's so long
'Cause there is no guarantee
That this life is easy
Yeah, when my world is falling apart
When there's no light to break up the dark
That's when I, I
I look at you
When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can't
Find my way home anymore
That's when I, I
I look at you
When I look at you, I see forgiveness
I see the truth
You love me for who I am
Like the stars hold the moon
Right there where they belong
And I know I'm not alone
Yeah, when my world is falling apart
When there's no light to break up the dark
That's when I, I
I look at you
When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can't
Find my way home anymore
That's when I, I
I look at you
You appear just like a dream to me
Just like Kaleidoscope colors that
Cover me, all I need
Every breath that I breathe
Don't you know you're beautiful?
Yeah, yeah, yeah
When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can't
Find my way home anymore
That's when I, I
I look at you
I look at you
You appear just like a dream
To me

After the song, everyone clapped. Then I caught the eyes of a familiar Warbler in the back. I walked off stage and walked into the back where he stood.

"We need to talk," he walked up to me.

"Can we do this later?" I asked. Kind of good but bad timing.

"No, now." He pulled me to the front of Breadsticks so it was more private.

"Okay, speak." I muttered. He looked at me and just planted a kiss on my lips. Then he pulled away.

"Giselle. I love you. I know I screwed up pretty badly and I've made some poor decisions, however I can't contain how I feel towards you. You are single handily came and was not afraid to stand up to me when I was a total ass to your friends." He explained. "Say something."

I just leaned in and kissed him again. "Should we get out of here?" I smirked.

"Where to Madame?" He looked at me with his beautiful green eyes.

I grabbed my fries and shake from the cashier at McDonalds. He had a burger with a soda and fries. We sat down and began to eat.

"This is way better than some fancy party." I commented.

"Agreed." He said with his mouth full.

"Why are you still in your robot suit?" I chuckled.

"It was a seize the moment sort of deal. I didn't want to waste time to change." He laughed. "You were probably the only one at the party that overdid it." He pointed out. "Why was that?"

"In case, I see some cocky, horse teeth Warbler in a robot suit." I teased him.

"Haha, very funny." He grinned as he bit into his burger again.

"Sebastian... can I ask you something?" I questioned.

"What?"

"Why did you throw that slushy?"

"I'm not going to lie to you, but a few days before Sectionals, I was talking to Blaine and Kurt at the Lima bean. Then, Kurt told me something that pissed me off. I decided to get back at him by throwing that slushy that instead of hitting him, hit Blaine." He admitted. "I truly am sorry."

"Sebastian, no more apologies. It's fine. I just needed answers." I reassured him as I leaned over the table and kissed him. Then I began to slurp down my chocolate shake.
