I always watched over you from afar

Taehyung's POV

It was already near spring.

All flowers had began to awaken from their winter slumber and blossom.

I thought as I walked down the path.

I admired the blossom trees that were yet to blossom.

I sighed.

Well... Blossom was one of my favorite flowers besides roses.

Just then, I noticed someone standing beside me.

"The tears that fall
Down the window of my heart
They answer me
You’re someone who I can’t have
A person I have to forget
My love is getting farther away
I need to let you go
Because it’s not me"

That person said.

I turned to his side, only to find that it was the same person that I've met at the coffee shop.

"Oh... It's you...," he said while looking at me, smiling.

Although I couldn't really see cause he was wearing a mask, I know he's smiling.

I smiled back.

"Yeah, you too!! Nice to meet you again!!" I said.

He smiled.

"Do you like blossom too?" I asked.

He looked at me into my eyes.

"Yes... Yes, I do..." he said.

He sighed.

"It actually is my lover's favorite," he said.

"Oh, who is she?" I asked.

He looked at me, then said.

"It's a he, not she,"

Oh... I must have mistaken...

"Oh, A-ha sorry about it... " I apologize to him awkwardly.

I watched as he turned his gaze back towards the blossom tree.

And I too followed him.

It was quite for a while.

Then, I spoke.

"He must be very special to you, right?"

I could sense he stiffened a bit.

"Yeah... He is... And I missed him... So, so much, yet I couldn't reach out to him... Cause I'll only hurt him more if I do that..." he said while his eyes started to water.

But without realizing, I felt my heart pained a little.

I place my hand on his shoulder, then patted him.

"Hey, it's alright. I'm here..." I said, trying to comfort him.

He then wipes away his tear, then looked up at me.

He held onto my hand.

I swear that I was actually blushing!!

My heart was pounding so hard.

He looked me into my eyes.

Then said.

"Meet me here when the blossom starts to blossom..."
