Taehyung's POV

"Mom!!! Hurry up!!! We're gonna be late for school!!!!!" yelled Taegguk.

"Alright, alright!! I'm coming!!" I said while quickly putting on my shoes.

I could see Taegguk waiting impatiently.

"Mom!! Hurry!!" he exclaimed while dragging my arms.

"Alright, honey. Let's go!!" I said.

"Yaaayyyyyyyy!!!"

Time skipped...

We finally arrived at Taegguk's school.

"Bye, mom!!!!" Taegguk yelled while waving his arms at me, giving me a cute smile that resembles a bunny.

I chuckled at his cute sight.

"Go on now, sweetheart!! Class starting soon!!" I assured him to go.

"Yes, mommy!! Meet you later after school!!!" with that, Taegguk went on.

I watched as my child ran towards his friends as they walked to their classroom together in joy.

I smiled.

Aishhhhh this kid. I thought.

I then went on with my journey.

I walked until I reached Jin's café since it was just a couple miles away.

Yes, I worked there. Don't ask.

"Hey Jin hyung!!" I greeted as soon as I went in.

"Oh hey, Taehyung!! I see you've sent gguk to school already?" Jin hyung said.

(Jin and the others had already left the house earlier than Taehyung and his child for work so don't ask!)

"Yup," I gladly answered.

"Well, come on and help me, lil brother!!" Jin hyung exclaimed.

It's just then I only noticed that his arms were full of teacups and mugs and other things.

"Whoa... Careful there, hyung!! Let me help you,"

And everything went like always...

Or as so as I thought...

Time skipped...

It was already evening.

Jin hyung was busy cleaning in the kitchen so he asked me to help him with the orders.

Of course I said yes.

(Please don't ask if there were only two people working cause why not? I have been to a café before who only had two people working but their food there was super delicious!!)

It wouldn't be a problem since its near closing time.

Not many people would come here at this moment.

Just as I was in my own world, the bell on the door rang, signaling someone had come in.

I looked up to see a person, who was dressed in all black.

Dark, long black coats were already covering his whole body.

He had a black mask covering his face.

He looked so... mysterious.

I shooked my thoughts away.

I shouldn't be judging someone just by his looks.

I noticed the man looked over to my way.

And of course, I gave him a warm smile as a symbol of politeness.

He walked towards me...

Slowly...

I don't really know why I'm so nervous right now!!

Breathe, Taehyung, breathe.

There's nothing to be nervous, right?

I sighed.

Then realize that he was already in front of me...

"H-Hi!! Welcome!!! What would you like to have??" I asked.

But he just stared at me.

There was an awkward tension between us.

"Errrr... Why not let me recommend you some of our top best sellers??" I said while looking down at the menu, searching for the recommendations.

Just then, I found something just perfect for anyone to have.

Our famous coffee, Caramel Macchiato.

I smiled and looked up

"Ahhh... I think I just foun—"

Just then, it felt like the whole world stop.

He was just a few inch away from me.

Our eyes locked each other's.

It was now that I finally noticed those familiar dark brown eyes.

I didn't dare to move.

"Errrr... Sir?? What would you lik—"

"I've missed you..." he whispered.

I was confused.

"Excuse me? What did you just sai—"

"I've missed you, so, so much..."

I noticed that there were tears forming in his eyes.

I laughed awkwardly.

"A-ha... I think you must've been mistaken me for someone..."

I swear I could see his eyes were only written with hurt and sadness.

"It's... Alright... Maybe I have..." he said.

I sighed.

"So... How about this?" I asked while pointing at the one that I've just recommended earlier.

He looked at where I pointed, then said.

"That would be nice..."

I smiled at him.

"Alright then, one Caramel Macchiato coming up!!"

Okay, so things just get so messed up here... I think I'll change the story plot again... 😂
