Chapter 12

No One's POV

Rain started to pour heavily that night.

Taehyung was in his son's room, tucking him to bed.

He smiled softly at the cute sight of his sleeping son.

Once he left the room, he was met by an all too familiar person.

"What is it, Chim?" he asked.

Jimin just shooked his head.

"You know that I've saw everything this evening!! Why would you be with him again?!" Jimin said.

Taehyung just sighed.

"That's because I love him!!" Taehyung blurted out.

"You don't understand, Tae. He'd hurt you!!"

"Well that was before, Chim!! Now that we already had a child, he managed to change his ways,"

Jimin just sighed, not knowing what to do.

"Please...Chim...just give him a second chance..." Taehyung said.

Jimin couldn't do anything but watched as his best friend's eyes were brimmed with tears.

"After so many years... I finally found my true love... Yet you guys wanted to separate us from each other... Will that be okay to treat your best friend?" Taehyung said.

To be honest, Jimin was hurt too.

He sighed.

"Fine, but let's just keep this between you and me, okay?" Jimin said.

Taehyung immediately looked up at his best friend.

He felt so lucky to have such a good friend.

"Thank you, Chim... For everything..." Taehyung said while he cried.

Jimin just smiled softly as he patted Taehyung's back to comfort him.

"There, there... It's alright..." he said.

Taehyung just sniffled.

"You know what Chim?"

"Yeah?"

"You're such a dork..."

"Excuse me?! Who you calling a dork?!"

Laughters were followed as they continued their small conversation.

Just then, Taehyung's cellphone rang.

"Hmm, who would call me at this late hour??" Taehyung said as he picked up his phone and answered it.

"Hello?? Who's this..."

"Tae... I need your help..."
