Amethyst figured out a way to sneak out of the house. She told  Keith and April that she was going out with some friends. If she told either one of them where she was actually going, she knew they'd go off.

Khalil picked her up in his black Range Rover truck with the tinted windows. The car ride to the restaurant was silent. She didn't even feel like going on this date but, it was anything to get him to leave her alone.

The arrived at a restaurant which looked expensive. Amethyst was no gold digger but, if Khalil wasn't an asshole, she would mess with him because of his bag. Khalil parked his truck and they walked to the pretty restaurant.

Inside, there were diamond chandeliers on the ceiling. The place looked gold but, it was only the yellow, lightly tinted walls making it appear that way. They were then seated at a booth by the wall close to the back because it was so booked, those were the only seats.

At the table, it was the most awkward part up until the waiter came and took their drink and meal orders and came back with their drinks. Between that time and getting the food was the quietest but, Khalil had to make some conversation.

"You're not much of a talker, are you?" He asked, looking her up and down.

"Depends on your person. You said a date at a restaurant, with food. You really think I came here for you?" Amethyst replied, raising an eyebrow.

"You're just as cold as your sister."

"Runs in the family." Amethyst rolled her eyes, "When are they bringing out the—"

"I know you were there when she threw that drink in my face. You and Karson spying on us." Khalil aggressively spoke.

"Okay. And? I can't look out for my sister? She told me all about your crazy ass. I just wanted to make sure you wasn't doin' nothin' crazy to her." She answered, "And if you think you're going to—"

"No, I wouldn't do anything to you. But, I need you to do something for me." Amethyst looked at him blankly waiting for a what he was going to say next.

Khalil cleared his throat and continued, "My mans, Bryson's birthday party is coming up in two weeks and I need a female stripper for him. And I need April but, I need you to ask her."

Amethyst laughed, "You realize if I tell her you asked me to ask her she's gonna know about this 'date' and kill my ass? Plus, she's a mother, and a loyal girlfriend. She's not stripping anymore. And that Bryson dude's name sounds familiar."

"Okay, fair enough. Well, she'll hear about a party and pull through. So, since I can't have April my only choice is..." Khalil looked Amethyst in the eyes, deeply. She rose her eyebrow.

"Oh no, you got me fucked yo. I'm not doing th—"

"I'll pay you 10K." Amethyst eyes widened at the number.

"T-t-ten thousand?" She questioned. Khalil nodded his head and smirked. "I don't know, if April comes to this party and sees me—"

"I'm all about this business. My aunt is a strip club owner and I help her manage it. She'll give you a wig, eye contacts, potentially sunglasses. You'll be secure. Remember, it's 10k."

Amethyst stared at the table making a hard decision. She's a smart girl but, if she was getting paid ten thousand for a one time thing, she didn't mind it. But, then she had to think about her reputation. She didn't know whether or not to except the offer or not at this point.

The next morning, after Amethyst woke up, washed face, brushed her teeth and such, she walked out to the kitchen where April was fixing herself some tea.
