"Your brother is very nice." Bella spoke as she set up dinner for Atlas who has came back only minutes ago.

"What?" He spoke immediately. "Your brother. Lucas. He said you sent him to take care of me." She was carrying a plate his way.

Atlas growled "Bella. I never sent my brother here." She dropped the plate. "W-what?" She asked with a shaky breath.

"I'm going to kill that son of a bitch!" He growled menacingly and Bella flinched. "Atlas, it's only your brother. Calm down." She stepped over the broken plate and spilled food to try and comfort Atlas.

"Calm down?! Calm down?! The bastard wants to take you away from me! How can I calm down Bella?!" He roared at her, making her back away into the wall, gulping.

She has never seen Atlas like this. Bella has been here for a short while, but she has only seen him angry a few times. This; this was beyond rage.

Cane ran into the room, he had heard Atlas' roars of anger and realized something is wrong. The shirt-tempered Alpha has taken anger control lessons and was usually able to control it.

This time, he was completely blinded by rage. The only thing that could calm him down was having his Mate in his arms, or murdering his psychotic brother.

He could do neither at the moment since his brother is long gone and his mate is way too frightened to move. She knew he cared for her, she knew he'd never intentionally hurt her, she just thought his rage would make him do something he'll regret.

"Bella." He breathed. "Come here. My wolf wants to take over, and if he does he'll mark you. With or without your content." Bella was frozen in spot.

Wolf?! Mark?! What have I done good Lord?! Before she could thing, Cane pushed her to Atlas, who grabbed her and set her firmly on his lap when she was only at arms length.

She threw Cane a glare. She did not want to die today. Bella was human and never encountered a wolf in human form before. When she did, she wanted it to be calm and collected, not murderous or filled with rage wanting to eliminate any threat that existed.

Atlas squeezed her to him, putting his head in the crook of her neck and inhaling deeply. He was mumbling something into her neck in a foreign language, she couldn't detect it and frankly she didn't care.

All that mattered to her was getting out of his embrace alive. Although she loved being in her mate's embrace, she was also very scared of his next move. He could lose it and strangle her to death for all she knew.

"Atlas why are you so upset with me being with your brother?" She couldn't help but ask. Her curiosity won.

He inhaled deeply "He's a rapist, Bella. You were in a room with a rapist."
