So I have some sketches and a short rant and a watercolor for you guys :)
So I decided to try to sketch one of my favorite wings of fire ships, Blue and Cricket.

I just love these two so much. But why do the new tribe designs have to be so complicated?? 😰
So I've noticed in the fandom that lots of people headcanon Blue as being way super shorter than Cricket. I think there was a part in the book that mentioned Blue saying Cricket was smaller than him and he was confused because she had wings, and he thought she was a Silkwing at first, but I could've made that up. Anyway that made me headcanon that they're basically the same size, that is to say small, but Blue is a long boi and Cricket is a bit more stocky so she's shorter, but not by much. I love this ship so much :3

Man I haven't watercolor in a while. I was really pressured to do a good job on this because it's for my friend who's in Ravenclaw as a Christmas present (which is late RIP) so yeah. It's gotta look good.
I think I did ok all things considering. I wasn't originally going to outline it, but it looked like crap so I had to.
