So I was planning on have the next chapter be with my big surprise art thing, buuuuut . . . I'm still not done with it. I can't figure out how to do one thing with it and it's driving me a little crazy. :')

So have some sketches instead because that's all I do.

Here's a little sketch of my Starspeaker child Firefly. As I was writing one of the chapters for my wings of fire fanfiction I suddenly decided that she needed glasses so I gave her some :). I'm actually pretty far along chapters written wise versus the one I have published, but I'm writing this with a friend and she hasn't finished the next one so :')

But yeah.

I've noticed that a lot of my favorite wings of fire OCs have something different about them. Fern has stunted front legs, Solar and Flare are conjoined twins, Dawn has frostscales and her twin doesn't have enough ice and is albino, and I have a few others that I don't think I've ever put on here.

I drew four of them. There's more. I just can't make a normal oc I guess.

Here's Sage in my still-working-on-perfecting simple style. She's a two-tailed Sandwing. Neither of her barbs have venom. I love her.

Here's one of my Nightwing children Umbra. She had melanism so she's completely black, no silver scales at all.

I found a super old ref for this character and attempted to redraw him a bit. He's a Mudwing named Ferret who got on the wrong side of a dragonflame cactus during the war. He originally was just missing his left front leg, but now he's also missing his left wing because I'm mean. His sister Otter takes care of him.

And here is my absolute FAVORITE child Nimbus oh my gosh I love him so much. He's an Icewing /Sandwing hybrid who is sky blue and doesn't have any scales. None, whatsoever. I love him.

I have a headcanon that because Icewings and Sandwings are such polar opposites (oh I guess that's a pun) that any hybrid with them would have some sort of deformity.

So yeah he has no scales.

He wears big fluffy cloaks and scarfs to stay warm X3

Oh, speaking of wings of fire, I was eating a chocolate the other day and it was one of those that have inspirational messages inside the wrapper and this is what I found when I opened it.

I kid you not I died. I don't know what they meant but all I could think of was wings of fire XD

I should draw something with this.

Here's a doodle I did at work with my limited resources of pens, pencils, and a highlighter.

It's really small. Like the majority of it could fit under a quarter.

It's kind of dragon related so the title is still relevant.

The last thing for today is a whiteboard drawing I did at work because I was given the task of testing all the markers to see if they all worked. I got carried away XD

I did it in the business 's logo colors so they have an excuse to leave it up.

It probably will be left up anyway.

My boss is my dad.

But yeah that's all I got today!

I will work very hard to finish the big artwork and there will be more doodles of my wings of fire children because I'm just in that mood.
