So yesterday I was sketching with friends and we were all sketching sea monsters as a drawing prompt.
Mine ended up really weird.

The right back leg was making me sad so I cut it off.
The front view sketch in the bottom left corner actually turned out pretty ok.
Those two random sketches at the top were me practicing trying to make my monsters look less cute because according to my friends they look cute. Apparently my style is cute :/

The writing prompt was mostly inspired by the fact that we'd just watched Pacific Rim.
pungetello was with us too, but I didn't get a picture of her drawings.
