Oh Look More Sketches ((and a tag))

I swear I'm working on something cool, I swear.

I'm super excited but I'm not going to say anything because I want it to be a surprise.

It's just taking a bit because I have zero time.

So here's some sketches first.

I sketched my current mood the other day at work and it didn't look half bad.

And I had a problem with a pen at work yesterday where I could see that it was full of ink but it just wouldn't write so I disassembled it and poked an unraveled paper clip into it to push the ink down. Then I had a paper clip covered in ink with nothing to put it on but paper and my own hands. It was a bit of a mess but the pen works again 😅

Here's a couple sketches of one of my fantribes Swiftwings. When they get spooked their scales lift up like a pinecone. :3

Here's a simplified sketch of another one of my fantribes a Swampwing. I'm trying to figure out how to simplify my style so I can draw small things without stressing over the detail. I think I did ok.

Here's another attempt at simplifying with a Cloudwing (another fantribe).

So now on to the tag.

I'm too lazy to go screenshot it, but basically TheStarsAwait tagged me to say five things I like about myself and tag ten other people.

How fun.

1. I like how I can draw. I might not like the level I'm at, but actually being able to draw is nice.

2. I like how I am pretty logical. Like I sound smarter than I actually am because I'm very good and reasoning. Someone will ask me a sciencey question and I'll answer it very logically and possibly correctly and then I'll just think 'since when did I know that?' I didn't until right that second.

3. I like my eyes, to some extent. I don't like how one of them is going blind, but I think there a cool color. Whatever that color is.

4. Just two more ok. I like my sense of humor. It's weird and doesn't make any sense, but it gets people to laugh sometimes and it cheers me up so it's good.

5. You guys have no idea how long this took. Um, last one. I like how I'm good with my hands. Like I can sculpt and create things and I'm fairly good at fixing things too.
