Lex's PoV

Nakaupo ako sa may garden habang nakikipaglaro sa aking mga aso. Dumating sila kahapon na sakto namang pinauwi ko si Talios. I asked him to deliver my dogs here. Two huskies and three German Shepherd. As the dogs run around, Talios came holding a tray. "Having a nice day Young Mistress?" He ask as he place the tray at the table. "Yes, I hope it won't end fast." Inabutan nya ako ng isang basong juice. I put down the ball that I was holding.

Habang umiinom ay nakita ko si Kuya Eron na naglalakad palapit sa akin. Phone on hands while it was on his ears. Ibinaba ko ang aking iniinom at napatingin sa kanya. As he reaches me I told Talios to leave us alone.

"Phone for you." Sabi nya na ibinibigay ang phone nya. "What?" I'm confused. Bakit naman may tatawag sa kanya kung para sa akin naman pala? Maybe that caller don't have my phone number. I don't usually give my number to anyone, unless I trusted them very much. And this caller might be so desperate to talk to me to disturb my brother. "Kunin mo na, kanina pa yan tawag ng tawag. Gusto ka daw makausap." Tamabi sya sa akin, tiningnan ko muna sya bago kinuha ang cellphone.

Once I put it on my ears I can't hear any noise on the other line kaya napatingin ako sa kanya. He just give me a shrug and take a sip on my juice. "Hello?" But still, wala pa ding kung anong maririnig sa kabilang linya. "Tsk! Hello?" I tap my fingers on the armrest and wait for any response but nothing came. "You know what fool? Don't disturb someone because your just wasting their time. I have more important things to do." Ibababa ko na sana ang tawag ng biglang may nagsalita. "Wait! Wait! Wait! Don't!" Annoyed, I put the phone on speaker mode. At base sa boses nya hindi ko na kailangang itanong kung sino sya.

"I'll call you tomorrow."

So that's what he meant yesterday. "Talk." I hissed. Napatingin ako kay kuya na pinapanuod akong makipag usap. He even wink at me just to tease me, so I hit him on the leg and he whimpers in pain. "Since your going to be my partner this coming Acquaintance-"

"If my memory serves right, I don't recall agreeing with you that you can be my partner. And besides, I won't go anyway." I butted in. Tinaasan ako ni kuya ng kilay. "I don't need your permission anyway. I already asked Tito Liab and he agreed. I want you to go in my house."

"Sorry to burst your bubble Clytard but I won't go. Even you asked permission to my father there some circumstances that I always get what I want."
