it was their last night together, they both left tomorrow. cameron leaves early in the morning while jaren leaves later in the afternoon.
everyone else went out drinking, but the two decided to stay back so they could have more time together.
they cuddled on the bed, music playing softly.
suddenly cameron stood up, standing at the foot of the bed with his hands extended out.
"dance with me"
"cam.."
"please jaren, i want to take my mind off you leaving"
jaren sighed, standing up and walking over to cam.
'thinking out loud' by ed sheeran softly played in the background. as they held each other close and danced around the room.
they had to leave tomorrow, and it would be a couple months before they could see each other again. they loved each other, and it hurts them a lot that they have to be apart again.
they've left each other before, but it's different now that they are finally together.
they danced for a while, with tears in their eyes. neither of them we're ready for tomorrow, neither wanted to leave each other.
as they danced to their last song they whispered sweet things to each other, soft "i love you"s and "im going to miss you"s.
it hurt a lot, but they knew they'd pull through. they knew they would see each other again.
