"stop staring at him," john said as he hit the back of jaren's head.

the two boys confessed that they still loved each other, but they haven't talked about it. after the confession they hugged and jaren went back to the living room.

"dick." jaren mumbled.

"i heard that!" john snapped but jaren just stuck out his tongue at him.

the canadian really wanted to talk to the other, but there never really was a good time. john told him to wait until cameron went to his room and edited so they would be alone. jaren agreed.

cameron had went to the store and has been gone for a while.

and when he came through the door with a giant thing of groceries jaren's anxiety spiked.

he helped bring the groceries in and out them away. cameron called out he was going to go record and then edit. they said bye and john winked at jaren.

"give it about an hour then tell him." john spoke and jaren nodded.

"hey cam?" jaren whispered, opening cameron's bedroom door a little bit more.

there wasn't a reply so jaren let himself in and stood behind the taller, watching his screen. it looked like he was editing, adding text in every so often.

the canadian didn't say anything, but leaned down and kissed the top of cameron's head to catch his attention.

the taller jumped, turning around quickly. jaren giggled at him, "hi."

"hey..how long have you been standing there?"

"not long."

"do you need anything?"

jaren hummed, "yeah actually. we need to talk about us, again."

cameron nodded, waiting for jaren to continue.

"i want to try again, we don't have to of course. but i just- i don't know. i still really like you and if you're down with trying again then we can. but again we don't have too-"

cameron chuckled, "shut up. i want to try again too. how long are you staying?"

"i don't know. john said he only wanted to stay for a week but i wanted to stay a little longer.."

"you can," cameron shrugged.

"what?"

"you can stay here for as long as you want too. hell you can even move in if you want!" cameron laughed and jaren smiled.

"okay..maybe i will."

"okay." the two smiled at each other.
