The Toys

They came to life
One winter night
And gave the children
Such a fright

The kids they screamed
They jumped and fled
The toys were alive
Like ghosts from the dead

The doors locked fast
The little ones trapped
There was no escape
And the creatures they lacked

A vital voice
To say it's okay
They simply couldn't
Keep them at bay

They yelled their hearts out
And chaos ran amok
Then they all died
'Cause both beings were stuck
