They came to life
One winter night
And gave the children
Such a frightThe kids they screamed
They jumped and fled
The toys were alive
Like ghosts from the deadThe doors locked fast
The little ones trapped
There was no escape
And the creatures they lackedA vital voice
To say it's okay
They simply couldn't
Keep them at bayThey yelled their hearts out
And chaos ran amok
Then they all died
'Cause both beings were stuck
